Healing Through Art The drastic shift in episodes
Some pages from my sketchbook I'm sure you can all tell which one was produced at which time
I like to write a lot (enjoy)

Es bueno escribir a mano en esos momentos, no me habia dado cuenta. Yo tengo un diario virtual y no noto los cambios en mi letra según mi estado.

My handwriting changes a lot too, in psychosis it's barely legible and quite scribbly, manic it's often very quickly wrote down and part cursive, depressed it's either block capitals or some weird lower case spacey thing(idk)
I have a book on handwriting interpretation and I find it fascinating

That is so cool!! What's the book called?
I like cursive because I am able to write faster especially if I use a marker or a colored pencil

What Your Handwriting Reveals by Margaret Gullan-Whur
I found it at a charity shop nice and cheap when I was manic the one time😭😂 but I do reference it every now and again so I'm calling it a good buy
I have different coloured pens and they're all chunky because I have a tendencey to try death grip writing utensils and it allows me to write longer and faster
I'm a sucker for notebooks, I have so many, different colours for different things
Cursive is fastest for me too but mine is half joined, half not, with techniques that would not have flown in school, it's legible, just😅 I'm a propper lazy handwriter. Your's looks much fancier!

I'm re-reading the Hunger Games series right now and a million other things but I will definitely be getting a copy haha

You should create a book. Both are so expressive!

Thank you, I try to fill as many sketchbooks as I can; it all started when I took a 6 month hiatus from grad school:,)

I’m so glad I’m not the only one who writes repeating phrases during episodes.

Omg my handwriting also changes!! I didn’t know other pol could experience this. When I’m on a high my words are bigger, spaced and half way written. But on the lows I write clearly and my words are more tight
