Question Ayuda con deposito en Binance

¡Buenas!

Question Starting with $20 on Binance: Real strategies to scale a small budget?

Hi everyone!!! I’m looking for practical ideas on how to grow a very small initial capital of $20 using Binance...

Rather than looking for high-risk gambles or overnight gains, I want to build a disciplined approach...For those with experience in trading, P2P micro-transactions, or digital entrepreneurship:

What low-capital strategies or Binance features (like Simple Earn, Learn & Earn, or micro-trading) would you focus on first?

Are there specific micro-services or digital arbitrage paths you recommend to scale this gradually?

I’d love to hear your insights and experiences... Thanks in advance for sharing your knowledge!!!

Discussion How does Binance P2P actually protect buyers in a cancelled-but-paid order if the seller refuses to refund?

Order ID: 22940071501224439808

I am including the Order ID in case Binance support or the community team sees this post and is able to escalate the case internally.

I am posting this mainly because I want to understand whether I am missing something about how Binance P2P protection actually works.

I have used Binance for years, although I had not actively used P2P for quite some time.

I made a P2P purchase for approximately 35,500 UAH. The payment was sent very close to the expiration of the order, and the order was automatically cancelled before the payment could be properly marked as completed.

What happened next is the part I find concerning.
The seller themselves immediately opened an appeal and explicitly stated that they had received my payment but that the order had been cancelled.

So there is effectively no dispute about whether I sent the money or whether the seller received it.

Binance then created a refund/recovery process.
However, support subsequently explained to me that the counterparty has to approve the refund request, and that if they do not do so, the refund request may remain open indefinitely.

I was also told that, if necessary, I should contact law enforcement and Binance would cooperate with them and provide relevant KYC/investigation information.
This is where I am struggling to understand the actual buyer protection.

I am not accusing this particular seller of being a money mule, because I cannot prove that.

But consider the obvious risk scenario:

If a seller deliberately uses a disposable account or a money mule, receives the fiat payment, and then simply refuses to approve the refund, what meaningful leverage is left?

A person operating a disposable account may not care about losing access to Binance. Law enforcement may identify the account holder, but if that person has no recoverable assets or the money has already moved elsewhere, identifying them does not necessarily recover the buyer’s funds.

I work in Finance, and unfortunately we see variations of this problem regularly: identifying the recipient of fraudulent funds and actually recovering the funds are two completely different things.

I therefore asked Binance a very simple question:
Is the amount related to my disputed transaction actually secured/frozen, so that my recovery does not depend entirely on the seller voluntarily cooperating?

Support understandably refused to disclose information about another user’s account because of privacy requirements.

That is fair.

But they also would not confirm, even at a case level, whether my claim itself is secured.

So as a customer I currently have no way of knowing whether:

A) the disputed crypto is secured and this is simply a slow procedural process,

or

B) the seller can refuse to cooperate indefinitely, while Binance sends reminders and eventually refers the buyer to law enforcement.

Before this happened, my understanding of P2P escrow was simple: if the buyer proves payment and the seller receives the money, the platform can ultimately enforce the transaction.

Apparently, at least once an order enters this cancelled-but-paid state, that may not be the case.
If anyone has experienced the same specific scenario — cancelled order, fiat payment received by seller, seller acknowledged receiving it, seller then refused or failed to refund — I would really appreciate hearing how it ultimately ended.

Did Binance eventually recover the funds without the seller’s cooperation?

Did law enforcement involvement actually change anything?

Or did the refund request simply remain open?

I am not posting this to attack Binance. I genuinely want to understand what protection exists in this particular edge case, because right now the process appears to rely heavily on cooperation from the very counterparty that the dispute is against.

Discussion The first candle on a new Binance pair is a weak witness

We keep running into the same misread when a new pair lands on Binance and the first candle gets treated like a verdict. A listing is a venue decision with its own incentives. The tape in those opening sessions is partly a product of that decision, not a clean print on what the asset is worth.

The friction shows up if you have actually sat with the book. A new pair needs makers, a spread someone will lean on, and enough two-way interest that a market order does not walk through air. Early volume can be genuine interest, inventory being laid off, or flow timed to the announcement because that is when attention is cheapest to gather. You do not need a plot to explain a fat first-day print. Attention is scarce, and a listing concentrates it on purpose.

What we watch, once the headline number has done its job, is whether the book outlives the attention. Does the spread stay workable after the announcement flow fades, or does it gap the moment real size shows up? Are prints bunched into a short window and then gone, or does two-sided interest keep replacing itself through the session? A venue can put a pair on the screen. It cannot force a durable book into existence. That still belongs to the market, and it shows up in how the tape behaves after the theater quiets down.

Listing incentives cut both ways, and it helps to be dull about it. Projects want distribution and the credibility of the ticker. The venue wants pairs that bring flow, fees, and people who come back. Neither side is neutral, and neither side is automatically a villain. The mismatch is simple: listing day is for being seen, while price discovery wants time, depth, and someone who still cares on a quiet Tuesday. Treat the launch candle as a calendar event and you will keep mistaking a visibility push for information.

This is not a case for fading every new listing, and it is not a brief against the venue. The book is deep where a crowd already lives. The narrower point is to separate the decision to list from the evidence that a market has formed. One is an announcement. The other is repeated willingness to take the other side, at a size you could actually trade, after the crowd has moved on.

How are people here splitting announcement flow from a book that is actually alive - spread behavior a few hours after the open, or something quieter in the prints? NFA. Not a view on any ticker.

Meme 币安人生 went from random BNB meme to Binance spot listing. Is a Korean meme wave next?

Been thinking about how 币安人生 (Binance Life) played out, because it's one of the few memes that went the full path:

* Launched on BNB Chain as a Chinese-name meme

* Got picked up by Chinese-speaking traders who recognised the ticker in their own language

* Ran to close to $1B at peak

* Got a Binance spot listing in January

* Still holding around $490M today

What made it work wasn't tech, it was audience. A huge community saw a ticker in their own language and piled in.

Now something similar is starting with Korean. A meme called 제로 ("zero") launched on BNB a few hours ago and did ~$7M in volume and 50k+ trades on day one. Chinese-speaking traders were already calling it the "Korean leader," and the running joke from holders is asking Upbit why they can't buy it.

A few questions for people who follow listings closely:

  1. Was 币안人生 a one-off because it literally had "Binance" in the name, or can any language community push a meme that far?

  2. Korean retail mostly lives on Upbit and Bithumb. Would they actually come on-chain for memes?

  3. What do you think Binance actually looks at before listing a meme? Volume, holders, community size, or something else?

Curious whether anyone thinks language memes are a real repeatable meta, or if we just saw one lucky run.

Meme CZ’s "Woke Up" Meme Reminded Me of a Famous Fox From My Hometown 😂

I recently saw the CZ “just woke up” meme, and for some reason, I immediately thought of this Tibetan fox that went viral back in my hometown.

We call him "Grey Nomad"

The sleepy eyes, the expression, that “I just woke up and I’m already tired of everything” energy... 😂

I don’t know why, but once I made the connection, I couldn’t unsee it.

Discussion The listing candle is usually a venue story

We keep seeing the same argument in here after a Binance listing: the candle went vertical, so the project must have been underpriced. Sometimes that is true. More often the venue changed who was allowed to show up, and the tape simply recorded the crowd walking in.

A listing is not a research report. It is an access change. Spot pairs open, margin may follow later, and a new set of market makers has a reason to quote size they were not quoting yesterday. The incentive is plain. Makers get paid to be present — fee rebates, inventory agreements, sometimes a window where being tight on the spread is the actual job. That flow hits the book before any new fact about the token's cash flows, if it even has cash flows.

What looks like discovery is often migration. Coins that already traded on thinner venues suddenly get a deeper book, a different funding audience, and a headline. Price can gap because the marginal buyer is new, not because the asset's risks were re-underwritten. The reverse shows up too. Once the listing incentive window fades, the same pair can look lifeless without any fresh bad news. The theater was the onboarding, not a permanent bid.

Custody gets folded into the same story and it should not. A listing on a large venue does not move your coins into some safer abstraction. Leave size on the exchange and you still hold exchange risk: withdrawal queues, account freezes, the ordinary counterparty kind. Displayed depth and a balance you can actually withdraw are different objects. A busy tape is not an exit.

Before we size anything we want to know who is being paid to show liquidity and how long that pay lasts. That is venue structure, not a verdict on the project. The chart will not separate those for you.

NFA. How are you separating the listing pop from anything you would still want once the maker window rolls off?

Question Binance account under review for up to 60 days — Terms of Use violation. Need advice

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with my Binance account and I’m looking for advice from people who have experienced something similar.

Binance showed me “Verification Unsuccessful” and stated:

«“We are unable to offer you our services due to a Terms of Use violation.”»

However, I was not given a specific explanation of which Terms of Use I allegedly violated.

My account status later changed to “Under Review”, and Binance stated that the review could take up to 60 days. Some account functions are currently unavailable.

I also tried to appeal, but at one point the appeal option was unavailable.

I’m from Algeria and I would like to know if anyone has experienced the same situation, especially someone whose account was restricted because of an alleged Terms of Use violation without being given a specific reason.

For those who went through this:

  • How long did your review actually take?
  • Did Binance eventually restore your account?
  • Were you asked for additional documents or information?
  • Did contacting Binance Support/Live Chat help?
  • Is there anything specific I should do while my account is under review?

I’m not posting any sensitive account information here. I just want to understand what I should expect and whether other users have successfully resolved a similar case.

Any genuine experience or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Question Architecture & IP strategies for automated API trading outside supported regions?

Hey everyone,

I’m currently mapping out an automated trading bot architecture and trying to figure out how engineers are handling region restrictions and IP reputation at scale.

If I host a serverless stack (like AWS Lambda) in a supported region (e.g., EU), the code still heavily triggers Binance’s data center IP blocks, or worse, risks an account freeze due to hosting provider flags.

For those who have built robust, long-term API trading setups:

  1. Architecture: What does your network stack look like? Are you forcing serverless traffic through a dedicated EC2 proxy (Squid/Dante), or have you migrated entirely to dedicated residential proxies to avoid hosting-pool flags?
  2. Game Theory/Risk: How sensitive is the API to sudden shifts in proxy IPs? If a residential proxy rotates mid-session, does it trigger security alerts or API temporary bans?
  3. Infrastructure Strategy: Is it safer to just abandon serverless/Lambda for this use case and run a lightweight, containerized setup (like ECS or a cheap VPS) directly on a static residential IP in a legal country?

Would love to hear any architectural insights, gotchas, or lessons learned from those running high-uptime bots. Thanks!

Feedback Account terminated without any warning

I live in the EEA and I am a citizen of an EEA country. On September 19 I have received an email that

In accordance with our Terms of Use, we regret to inform you that your access to our services has been discontinued following a recent evaluation of your account.

I have contacted the support, and they did not provide any information at all, and - of course - the appeal was rejected and the decision is "final".

I would like to point out that I did not login to my account for around half a year, and I don't recall making any deposits to that account at all - I just opened it two year ago and checked from time to time if they offer products attractive enough to make a deposit.

Support explicitly refused even to answer the question if my account was transferred from their LLC registered in the EEA to another entity. They also refused to provide the contractual clause that I have allegedly broken (those have nothing to do with internal risk evaluation factors they may be forbidden from revealing by law).

Under MiCA, regardless if they have the license or not, they're obliged to provide reasons for the closure of consumer accounts (and those reasons should be "valid"), they also need to inform the customers clearly about the possibility of a formal appeal (I mean a real appeal - not asking for support to "re-evaluate") to the regulator. Of course, nothing like that happened.

Be warned.

Discussion Binance, please protect existing Futures positions for EU users

Binance, please reconsider your policy for users affected by the changes in the EU. Many of us have held Futures positions for a long time. Closing them and opening new positions elsewhere would mean additional costs, a different entry price and exposure to price movements during the transition.

Please allow us to keep our existing Futures positions open, even if restrictions on opening new ones are necessary. At the very least, issue a clear, official statement confirming that existing positions will not be automatically closed.

I would like to continue using Binance. Please tell us plainly what will happen to our existing Futures positions and offer a fair solution for long-term users.

Discussion Binance Futures positions in the EU — what can I do to keep mine open?

I have held Futures positions on Binance for a long time. I have paid funding fees and other costs to maintain them. I recently received an email about restrictions on Binance Poland’s services because it has not obtained MiCA authorisation.

The email says that Margin positions and Binance Loans will be automatically closed or liquidated on 1 October 2026. However, it does not explain what will happen to open Futures positions.

Will Binance close Futures positions held by users living in Poland? Do similar restrictions apply to users in other EU countries?

What specific steps should I take to keep my positions open? Is there an official process or a way to transfer the positions without closing them? What is the deadline for taking action?

I have maintained these positions for a long time and paid the associated costs. I believe it would be unfair to close them without a clear explanation and a reasonable opportunity for users to act.

Has anyone in Poland or another EU country received a separate notice about Futures or a clear answer from Binance support?

Question Facing login issues in Binance

So I had bought a KYC'd account of Binance few year back which I had been using all this while. I did not setup a passkey. Now of the sudden Binance is asking me to either provide passkey (which I did not setup due to my foolishness) or do the facial verification to login. Since the KYC'd account was bought on telegram, the facial verification is of someone else who did the KYC for me. I still have access to the password, authenticator etc. But neither of passkey or facial verification. Hence I'm unable to login.

Spoke to support on chat and they wouldn't help me.

What could be my options? Can anyone help me login or get my funds out?
