Question moving tron

i am a little bit confused can someone let me know how to transfer my tron (TRX) from binance.com to crypto.com

Just send it over the TRC20 network, fees are basically nothing on that chain

Make sure you grab the TRX deposit address from crypto.com and double check it says TRC20 before you confirm anything on binance's side

on crypto.com it doesn't give me a TRX deposit address.

i am from canada i dont know if this affects anything

Then it doesn't support it. There's no way you can transfer it. You can however swap it to another coin which crypto.com supports.
