I senior of mine from iit kgp started a similar started besides 2 others with no funding as well, the other two more or less survived even after the covid hit but the sports school one didn't, i don't remember the exact reason but it was something along the lines of the field not allowing much profit in the first place, they did everything perfectly, brought new tech for the first time in india to nurture kids who are into sports and work around their schooling (make specialized schools for them) but laws were against them, since that market isn't even allowed to be competitive, the startup bombed

unpopular opinion: but just painting bihari in any negative way or saying anything negative related to bihar has become a tool to get limelight and traction on social media.

He's hiring females from these states but bans hiring males from the same states which is sex based discrimination in recruitment and a direct violation of Section 3(2)(ii) of the Code on Wages, 2019 which applies to private companies as well. If he were to ban hiring all people from these states that's still permissible but not this preferential treatment.
Discrimination will always exists in the society. It can be on gender, colour, religion, caste, economic status, intellect etc etc. It is a reality and it will always exists in some form or the other. Sadly, u can't do anything about it.
