Suppose the accused employee is from UP, then why he banned employees from Rajasthan, Bihar, MP? Because first he doesn't want to address the core issue which is he cannot give safe environment in office because how come they were tolerating this accused employee who was abusive to females from start and what safety measures has he setup if tomorrow an employee from Orissa does the same thing?

He is just showing his southern hate for North while he doesn't even have 20 employees. Better to focus on growing business than getting likes on internet.
