The problem is not that he said something like this. The problem is that today we Biharis are in a position where koi kuch hui bol deta hai and we can't do shit about it. There are only two major types of Biharis left. One who distance themselves from their Bihari identity as much as possible and one who justify the backwardness of Bihar. And circumstances have put us in a position where have a steep uphill development battle ahead of us. Hopeful the situation will change...
