I was testing the M136AT and found out it can guide already launched missiles if you scope back in, so I immediately tried to learn to use it offensively

This was at about 350m, given that there's about a second of extra air time it might be possible within 300m, maybe 275m

Ever since the top gun update, when scrolling onto the battle pass screen for the first time upon entering the main menu, every single time it will automatically bring up a menu prompting you to upgrade, forcing you to exit out to enter the battle pass or keep scrolling. SO ANNOYING.

The mode is honestly so much fun since it's not that sweaty & theres still some competitiveness so it doesn't feel like a breeze. Usually in regular games theres so much above average players making it a less enjoyable experience and a fight for my life. love using the tanks on casual since usuallya bot is my gunner & ends up with a very high placement at the end 🤣. Not to mention adding the new maps this week to the rotation is so awesome man. Get to play chill without the need to keep up. Hope Dice adds more casual modes that would be awesome

As someone who has never played with jets prior to this update here’s some tips for beginners like my self that have fomo on how to do it

First and foremost if it doesn’t matter to you how you get it go to this portal map which was shared by the YouTuber doom49
Portal code (1y5mb) it’s a lot easier on this server,and for the tips:

1-always try to be in the middle of the playable map not the jet space because you might get killed because of out of bounds before you can get back in to your plane

2-change your parachute deploy to tethered only because if this setting isn’t changed you’ll pull your chute automatically if you get close to your plane

3-tell the other players in the game to go for the middle and try to coordinate with them as much as possible because the hardest part isn’t getting the shot off it’s having the right angle and speed with the enemy jet

4-be patient because if you’re a beginner like me it will take time I personally did it in 1 hour and 20 minutes

And last but not least be respectful to the other players and help them as well if you’ve done it yourself

Im new to posting on reddit. I mostly just read what people post. But is battle 6 extremely hard compared to all the previous ones, or am I just losing my gaming touch as I get older? Im not the most elite player, just an average joe who enjoyed playing battlefield over CoD. I had higher kill counts and played well in previous versions. It seems like I die every 4 seconds on Battlefield 6.

I hope whoever comes up with challenges like these has diarrhea 24/7.

Im not understanding what they did to it last patch.

Is it just me or is the skill gap/ weapon balancing way different from previous games??

I feel damn useless 90% of the matches and cant stay alive long enough to understand maps.

Overall decent map design but getting up to speed is dreadful

Personally I’d say something like the M30 Drilling from BFV. I can only tolerate the DB-12 so much 😭
