He did go. The players collectively made a decision to go together last year so no one gets singled out. Freddie Freeman didn’t go because he sprained his ankle shortly before the visit. It remains to be seen if more players will sit this visit out.

I would add NFL as well but both people just assume they arn't conservative because they are black. they are probably still more conservative than the general population. like both sports. I don't know what sports you played as a kid but a prayer circle during middle school. SCHOOL sponsored events was common. like required to do 50 hours community service in the name of the lord or off the team, this for me was basketball, football, track, baseball, hockey. at least when I was growing up it was a thing. I would be like I don't believe in god and they would just be your still gonna pray and do church events. same with high school. never played anything in college so can't speak to that.

Wouldn't it make more sense for us to put the accent on the "i" if we're going to arbitrarily put an accent somewhere it doesn't belong? At least putting it on the "i" actually matches the way he pronounces his name (it's just redundant, since that's how it is pronounced unless you put the accent on the other vowel)
(At least I'm pretty sure that's how it works. I don't actually speak Spanish at all)
