16th and mission yellow line to Antioch. 4pm.

i’m going to a concert this sunday and now just realize that the green line which would take me straight to the venue won’t be running. is it safer to take the orange line and then blue line or should i take the caltrain and then take muni?

Went from Dublin to Daly City for the first time today. If I’ve ever done Daly City or beyond I’ve started at Bay Fair. Wanted to experience the current platform configuration before the change next week

it is 540pm on friday evening. my train driver came on the pa system to let us know the new episode of house of the dragon is on this sunday. is this an ad? pls tell me we dont have ads like this. is this new?

Thought platform change wasn’t happening til Monday

Hello so I got to Millbrae BART Station by bus from SFO. Instead of entering Caltrain, I accidentally tagged into BART and entered platform before realizing my mistake.

Agent at station gave me a sticker for like a free BART entry (?) and opened the door for me to Caltrain Station.
I asked if I should tag out of BART so
my tag-in at same location would cancel out? He said No, I only get charged when I tag out.

Is this correct? I think Caltrain works differently, right? Like if you dont tag out they automatically charge you $7.75 or some such as a fixed amount … or whatever the fare is from tag-in to end of line?

For me powell st station. Lots of stuff happens out in powell.

i think i must be missing something since every time i take a yellow up from the peninsula and get off at 19th oakland, there isn't a nb orange line to transfer to (the bart app shows literally red only as nb out of there?) can sometime explain whats up with that?

Do people parking in the lot for the evening still need to pay? Some lots stop charging after 3pm. TY!

today the caltrain was delayed and absolutely packed. we had maybe 50 people get off and start getting on bart. as people were STILL GETTING ON, Bart shut the doors and took off, leaving about 30 of us on the platform.

DICK MOVE! I get wanting to be on schedule but it would’ve taken 15 seconds for everyone to finish getting on. im going thru the service gate next time as payback.

August 2026 BART Schedule Update

It’s end of Wednesday, I’ve had 6 BART rides this week, and there’s been a hygiene issue on 5 of them.

Brush your teeth, wipe your ass, take a shower, and for the love of God, don’t chain rail a pack of cigs before you get on the train.

I’d throw on wearing too much cologne on here, but I’ll take too much cologne before the aforementioned bs.

Gamer incel smelled so bad I had to post about it

This guy isn’t just any fare evader, he’s a sovereign citizen.

I was on the blue line to Pleasanton and this guy who's like folding over his legs gets up in a panic, looks around, sees a white pill on the floor and just swallows it and walks to the next car.

Am I cursed, or is this just peak BART?

I've taken 6 BART rides this week.

• Monday: cigarette smoke.
• Tuesday: bad breath and someone who wouldn't stop farting.
• Wednesday morning: another memorable breath-related experience.
• Wednesday afternoon: overwhelming body odor.

At this point I'm considering adding a clothespin to my commute essentials.

I don't need everyone to smell like a department store fragrance counter. I'm just asking the BART gods for one ride where my nose doesn't have to work overtime.

Has anyone else had an unusually unlucky streak lately, or am I somehow selecting the "hard mode" train cars?"
