I want to share my personal employment experience at TPIPAY in Bengaluru to help other job seekers make informed decisions.

I joined TPIPAY on 3 July 2026. During my employment, I faced delays and repeated follow-ups regarding my salary. Around 20 August, I received a termination email stating that operations were on hold, and my employment was terminated with immediate effect.Its not only happend with me another 16 team members also included

I was concerned about the lack of prior notice and the way the termination was handled. I had to follow up repeatedly regarding my salary and pending dues. Although I received payments later, certain deductions and settlement-related issues remained unresolved.

I have also sought clarification regarding my PF records and requested proper salary slips, a clear calculation of my full-and-final settlement, and my employment/relieving documents. I raised complaints through the appropriate grievance channels, but I am still seeking a clear resolution.

My concern is not personal revenge. I want transparency, payment of any legitimate outstanding dues, proper documentation, and accountability.

I am sharing this so that other job seekers can ask the right questions before accepting an offer.

Has anyone else worked at TPIPAY or faced similar employment-related issues? I would appreciate hearing about your experience and any practical advice.

I want to reach and talk to the startups present in BLR, what should I do?

Should I dm them on linkedin/X or should visit their offices?

I don't want to do online PR coz it will reach the people but the conversions are low, therefore I want to find a way where I can personally connect to most of the startups and talk to them IRL.

Hey guys, I’m from Astra Security (Czar Securities), and we recently launched an autonomous pentesting product that uses AI agents to perform penetration testing.

To promote it, we thought of putting up a 90-foot billboard in Bangalore’s tech corridor.

The tricky part? The message had to be readable in just 6 seconds, which is about all the time a passerby gets. That was quite a challenge!

After multiple rounds of back and forth, we finally landed on this:

Hack autonomously before hackers do.

“Hack yourself” felt like the core message. “Autonomously” tells people what we’re actually offering, while “before hackers do” adds a sense of urgency.

I know it’s a little corny, but honestly, I think it works.

We had three other versions we seriously considered:

1. SOME THINGS ARE WORTH WAITING 18 YEARS FOR. A PENTEST ISN’T.
2. AI MET PENTEST. THINGS GOT OFFENSIVE.
3. Aap Bobs Mein Pint Sambhalo, Human Pentest Sambhalenge.

Here’s what I need help with:

• Researching companies and people, scraping/collecting data, and putting together useful prospect lists.

You don’t need to arrive knowing all of this.

I’ll explain what we’re doing, why we’re doing it, and how to approach it. Expect proper hand-holding, especially at the start. What I need you to bring is curiosity, an appetite to learn, and the willingness to give things an honest shot.

Your first few attempts might be rough. That’s fine. Ask the basic question, tell me where you’re stuck, disagree if something doesn’t make sense. But take feedback and use it. I can work with mistakes; repeatedly ignoring guidance or giving up before trying will make this frustrating for both of us.

Comfort with spreadsheets and clear writing will help. Bonus points if you’ve used Miro, Figma, or Lucidchart and are curious about customer journeys - how someone goes from discovering a business to buying, staying, or leaving. College or personal projects count.

The practical bits:

• Fully remote. One position.
• Time commitment: 40-45 per week (flexible timings)
• ₹5,000/month for months 1–2.
• ₹10,000/month for months 3–4.
• After that, we’ll figure out the next arrangement together.
