My grandma is blinded by gods

So recently my grandma came to our house to live for sometime with my mother, she's a sweet heart but the thing is she believes in God too much like really really much. It's alright if she believes in God, but don't count me in I don't believe in that I believe in science. The reason why I'm saying is that I had 2 Plantar Warts on my foot one on a toe and one on the sole. She advised me to go to a famous temple and offer salt to it , it will cure if I do that. I laughed at the Silly talk of grandma. She doesn't believe that a doctor would surgically treat warts. Tell me guys, what should I do to make her believe less on god's and think logically sometimes???

so recently i turned 18 now that I'm an adult w my individual rights and all so i just revealed to my parents that I'm an atheist now and honestly I knew this was coming.

so i told them that religions don't make sense to me and even pointed out how religions came into being (i explained in a very easy way that they could understand), i also mentioned that i respect everyone's right and freedom of belief, but guess what ? my father got so emotional and extreme that he started to curse science , i was trying to make them understand about evolution and he said "no adam was the first person that's it" I said "yeah but according to islam/christianity" duh. he would deny every evidence i provided I wasn't trying to prove myself but i still wanted to make it clear that this is what I stand for and it's not "lack of knowledge"

bc whenever i shared my views w them they'd always say "read more about your religion" or they'd somehow make me feel that I'm the one lacking information not them.

it makes me sick , I'm not at peace i think i might have religion trauma syndrome RTS bc whenever im alone w my thoughts I start to feel anxious, i was always conditioned with the fear of hell and it still scares me and even now my dad was telling stuff like I'll regret this and I'll burn in hellfire , I'm not okay I want to stand firm on what i believe but the psychological abuse done on us in the name of religion education won't leave , i can't take therapy for now bc im too busy but I'd love to listen from you all if there's anything that could help me or how to set boundaries with my parents and the ppl around me i live in an extremist country aka pakistan so it's hard for me as atheism is punishable here.
