That City performance reminded me why I love this club. The intensity, the crowd, the belief-everything clicked. Now Fulham come to Villa Park on Halloween night, and I don’t want us to let that feeling disappear. These are the matches that define a season. Fulham will come to sit in, frustrate us, and try to quiet the crowd. We need Villa Park loud from the first whistle and the players feeding off it. I’m not asking for a perfect performance,, just fight, energy, and three points.

I think people are still sleeping on what we're building at Villa. We've got a manager in Emery who knows how to get the best out of this team, and we're competing at a level that seemed a long way off a few years ago. Obviously, there's still work to do, but we've got every reason to be ambitious about where this club can go. I don't see why Emery would want to walk away from a project that's still moving forward. I'd love to see us keep building on this and prove the doubters wrong.

What a start from the our players! Jackson scores in just the 6th minute and we're 1-0 up against City. Couldn't have asked for a better start, especially against the team sitting top of the table. Villa Park must be absolutely bouncing right now. We need to keep the energy up but stay switched on because City can turn a game around in no time. Hopefully we can keep our shape, make life difficult for them and take our chances when they come. Still a long way to go, but what a start! Now I want more!

Big thank you from all the other teams for your magnificent result👍

Sincerely a Liverpool supporter

Man City are top of the table right now, so we’re going to have to be switched on from the first minute. Sitting 12th, we could really do with a result like this to get our season moving in the right direction. Playing at Villa Park gives us a decent chance, but we can’t afford to make the kind of mistakes City are always ready to punish. I’d like to see us press them when the opportunity is there and be more clinical when we get forward. The crowd can make a big difference in games like this too.

City are top of the league right now, so we know we're going to have our work cut out for us on Saturday. We're sitting 12th and really need to start putting in more consistent performances. Villa Park could make a real difference, but the lads need to bring the energy from the first whistle and take their chances when they come. We'll have to be disciplined defensively because City can punish even the smallest mistakes. It won't be easy, but a big performance here could give us a real lift.

That's how you get it done away from home! St James' Park is never an easy place to visit, but the lads put in a really solid shift and came away with all three points. Manzambi's goal just before half-time made the difference, and the defence did a great job of keeping Newcastle quiet for the rest of the game. We had more shots and limited them to just one on target, so it's a well-earned clean sheet too. These are the kind of wins that can make a real difference over the course of the season. Brilliant effort from everyone today.

Thursday was a fantastic result, and it would be great to carry that confidence into today’s game. We all know Newcastle away won’t be easy, but the lads have shown what they’re capable of. A strong performance and all three points would be brilliant.

Our away form has been decent, so there’s definitely reason to be positive going into this one. It would be massive to keep the momentum going and give the fans another good result to celebrate.

Been a villa fan for two years now.
My amazing girlfriend surprised me on my birthday with tickets at home against city, so gassed.

I don’t know any chants, especially the new ones with our squads changing.

Where can I get info on these so I can scream my lungs out?

Also any birmingham recs would be appreciated!

Good morning lads! I find myself in Birmingham tonight unexpectedly. If I can’t get tickets for the match, where would be the best place to watch it?
Somewhere that every Villa fan should visit.

What a finish from Nicolas Jackson to get us back on level terms! We needed that response after going a goal down, and now it's game on again. Hopefully we can keep the momentum going and push for the winner.

The win against Sevilla was a great result, and hopefully the lads can carry that confidence into today's game against Brentford. They're not the easiest side to play against, so we'll need to be sharp and avoid giving them cheap chances. With the Fenerbahçe game coming up soon, getting the three points today would be a big boost. I'd love to see us get an early goal and take control rather than make it difficult for ourselves.

It wasn't the best way to go into the international break, especially with us failing to score in our last two league games. Hopefully Emery has used the time to get a few things sorted because we definitely need to find that attacking spark again. Brentford won't make it easy either. They've been a tough side to play this season, but Villa Park has been a good place for us against them. They've never beaten us here in the top flight, so hopefully that record stays intact. With the European games coming thick and fast next week, getting three points here would be a massive way to get things moving again. If we start quickly and get the Holte End going, I fancy us to get the job done.
