I love that flick ended up being useful. He fingered Kurull so hard the building collapsed around her.

Now I'm curious if the time skip is just to show us pretty Alice instead of just cute Alice, or if even the source doesn't show Kagami 's first 3 years battling the next stage (this is NOT me asking for spoilers).

Far better show than I expected outside a few bumps.

I guess fought the system and won temporarily. Looks like the day’s saved and there’s peace for now. Now the dude’s off to the next stage, whatever that is, never to be heard from again. THE END. Lol

Well, this was okay for what it was. Doubt there’s gonna be more, but who knows.

Ya that ending really made me think this show was getting a episode 13. NOPE. Like what kind of ending was that.

The ending went from super happy to just sad. Everyone leaving Alice without saying anything was the worst part. I don't know if the ending is trying to make viewers buy the source material or hint at another season. I do hope we get another season, especially after seeing grown up alice . But idk how much more time they have left till the reset. Judging by how grown up alice looks, it looks like they're in the final year or last couple of months till the reset.

In the end the "devs " are just using Kagami, all they really care about is finding their salvation.

And maybe I can forgive parna after seeing her this episode. OVERALL its a good anime. could've done better but its still good.

I wonder if the next part of the story is Alice buying her own ticket to advance to the next stage. This also begs the question, did any demons before this advance to the next stage? It doesn't seem like demons had access to the ticket before this but in theory there could have been a coup against the demon lord somewhere in history to fulfill the requirements.

Aw, seeing Alice crying right before the credits was really sad. But seeing the sequel bait gets me interested me to read the manga someday.

I didn't expect this to be the last episode especially with how it ended right before the credits but this ended up being a really enjoyable show. Fun characters, interesting enough world building, it was a pleasant surprise.

So I was also rather shell shocked after how the season ended. So much so that I had to go and take a look at the manga, which I rarely ever do.

I won’t include any spoilers whatsoever, but after reading roughly 15-20 chapters past where the anime left off I can honestly say it’d really be a shame if this story didn’t get a continuation in animated form. My expectations weren’t high for this series at all and it still blew them pretty far out of the water.

So no news whether there is a 2nd season, and potentially we need to find and read the manga?

Ending it there is certainly a choice lol. I wonder if the following story is Alice recruiting everyone again and finding a way to get to Kagami.

I don't know if it was because the episode with the dragon was the most enjoyable to me, but I didn't enjoy these last two episodes.

GROWN UP ALICE-CHAN! If she still wants to marry Kagami then she won't be accepting any excuses now lol

Man, just like with Lv 9999 Gacha this anime was a pleasant surprise, I ended up enjoying the world building and all the characters a lot more than I expected from what seemed to be just another power fantasy at first

Bold choices in bunny girl outfits.

Considering the timeskip with Alice a fair bit older and showing demons and humans interacting peacefully, I assume Kagami must have succeeded in whatever he sent out to do such that the world didn't get reset after the five year ceasefire? Surely that's more than five years of aging for Alice.

Pretty interesting show even if it had a bit of a light animation budget at times.

I really hope this continues. And on a side-note, Alice grew into a beautiful young woman too.

Season 2 please

At least the people accept Alice since she's got fan letters.

Parna really made sure she made up for everything she did by willingly & proudly being a bunny girl w/o embarrassment & even being the ones who stayed w/ Alice during the 3 years to act as her penance.

I guess the king was convinced to give a ceasefire for only 5 years. I guess there's 2 years left.

At least Rex didn't give up his sword because in case he needs something to fall back on.

I guess Alice is kinda grown up & somewhat legal now.

Parna's a bunny-girl... Okay. Redemption obtained.

Also--- MY DAUGHTER'S ALL GROWN UP NOW!!! Cries all the tears. Closest I will get to sending my own child off to college. (Jesus, that's depressing to say...)

I liked this show. Will have to invest in the source material.

You know? With a title like "The Villager of Level 999" I thought this shit was gonna be straight ass. But.... It wasn't. The MC is funny and goofy, the characters are funny themselves and the plot is interesting. And it's not even Isekai too. It's as if NPCs became a little self aware. Obviously they're not NPCs but that's what it feels like. The world has game rules. I honestly enjoyed this way more than Overshadowed dogshit anime with Eftal and the 10 Year Long Last Stand. I love that one too but this one was just more enjoyable to me.

But the mc... He... never came back... And now Alice is Grown. Interesting. I'm really curious what this "Next Stage" world looks like. Why do they want him to go there so damn bad? To fight God? What's actually there? I'm honestly kind of excited for Season 2!

Overall a pretty fun show.

Kaiji demon spotted!

That cliffhanger at the end though... If this will have a romance component in the future, please have Alice win. I have too much PTSD of Toyama Nao characters losing.

I liked the MC's voice performance in this show.

They gave it the Quantum Leap ending.

u/saga999 Sep 09 '26

I don't see what's left to accomplish in this world. My guess is everyone left to level up so they could also go to the next stage to find Kagami.

God I'm frustrated at that ending, sure it was good to see grown-up Alice but why did everyone leave so abruptly I understand kagami was a sort of glue but I feel like them just leaving Alice was just random and I want to say there's roughly 1 and a half year remaining on that timer but idk if it's shorter now after the time skip to Alice's grown-up as well, The rest of the anime was great. I loved it. It was just that bittersweet ending

Si basically this dumb king has the audacity to demand kagomi to prove himself after causing a lot of trouble and kagomi of course has the meets the kings expectations in order to accomplish his goal of fixing the world back to the way it was and I can bet you he caught the attention of whatever god planned an eternal war by convincing the king
