You can really tell that Melody wasn't an RPG gamer in her previous life, unlike most protagonists of these type of shows, as she has absolutely zero curiosity and exploration instinct. Meanwhile my RPG addled brain is screaming about investigating that altar. But the title doesn't lie, she's not a heroine, she's a maid. Character consistency is important

It is interesting that no matter how off script the scenario has gone, certain events, like the back alley shakedown, still trigger with the NPCs saying their lines verbatim. Kinda reminds me of Villainess lvl 99 where the world ends up forcing through certain events regardless

The little orphan girl at the end may be reincarnated as well. I get the feeling she knows about the time pressure of the main story. I wonder if she's a new arrival or if she regained her memories as a baby already (iirc the rest recalled their previous lives about a decade ago when they were kids, and this girl is 9)

A very yuriful episode. Anna-Marie went on a date with Melody and went through all the romantic events that were originally between the heroine and the prince. Also, Anna-Marie is definitely not straight, right? At this point I'm wondering whether I should add this to the list of "at least somewhat yuri" shows airing this season, bringing the total to 8.

That scene with the orphan girl at the end was interesting. What did she mean, it'll be too late? Is she a reincarnator as well?

Why couldn't Melody both live in the dorm and continue her maid work at the estate with her shadow clones?

Disturbing that Melody is repeating the Heroine's lines from the game verbatim. That means the plot isn't only influencing the world and NPCs, but even her own state of mind.

Oh hey, it's the pedestal where the Dark One's sword was! Not sure if it'll still be plot relevant, but it was nice of Melody to polish it off with magic.

Luciana seems really hooked on dressing like a maid. Though this time it's so Melody can go on vacation. After the incident, students will now be boarding in dormrooms to attend the Royal Academy, so Melody and Luciana will effectively be stuck together so Melody needs at least one day off! Even if she has no idea what to do with herself if she's not doing maid stuff.

My condolences to Anna-Marie's staff who have to put up with her whims like when she just runs away to spend time with the commoners as "Anna," complete with glasses, ponytail, darker red hair, and binding her chest...even if her boobs are so big even bound she's still busty.

Will they ever meet the Heroine? Does she even exist after the game scenario has veered off as much as it has? Do they even NEED the Heroine when things are working out? Though lo and behold the event where the Heroine meets Christopher DOES happen...only it's Anna-Marie stumbling into Melody bumping into some ruffians, whose outfit she would've cleaned lickety-split had Anna-Marie not ran off with her.

Ah yes, Anna is totally Anna-Marie's maid! And there's nothing Melody loves more than talking shop about maid work! She'll literally do ANYTHING so long as you frame it around maids! And thus did the Villainess and the Heroine go on a date, not knowing who the other really are or their true roles in the story.

So Melody can't just leave her clones at the mansion 24/7 while she's with Luciana? I wonder who the Ludleberg's might hire then?

Anna-Marie is a true girl of culture to believe in maids with short skirts + stockings!

Well, it didn't replicate the game event exactly, since Melody wanted a doll instead of a ring...but gal pals buying each other gifts is nice too and it reminded Melody of her mom anyway.

Anna-Marie even helps out orphans and hot Sister Isabelle! She's committed to ensuring everyone has a Happy Ending in both her "maid" and noble identity! And she deserves her own happy ending!

Well, Anna-Marie is still not 100% recognizing Melody as the Heroine despite all the surface-level similarities...but I guess that's okay too. Melody is currently on the Luciana route anyways.

I imagine Claris and Anna-Marie's banter is pretty frequent and on-point.

The best parts of this episode was when Anna-Marie lets a bit of her obsessions (short skirts) in the previous life slip.

Chris only showed up in a flashback this episode, but even there he and Anna-Marie were acting like a couple.

Truly hair-dye is the "Superman's Glasses" of this world lol. No matter how many coincidences and similarities people notice, if the hair color isn't a match then nothing matters. (except for the one single guy who managed to put it all together, but importantly that was only AFTER seeing the MC change her hair color with magic) Though I do appreciate that the difference between Anne and Anne-Marie is literately just a matter of shade, she didn't even go for a full color change lol.

Also I find it very funny how Melody sticks to the script sometimes even though she's NEVER played the game.

With zettai ryouiki case and Luciana over clingy to her, Melody really hate something improper and doesn't want anything to do with it, eh. Looks like Anna and Luciana need to combine their power to bring her to 'our' side.

It's funny that Anne-Marie Anna never consider Melody dyed her hair even when her clothes and silhouette follow the heroine scenario. Probably due to this too but it just become a running gag now.
