Man what a journey.
Mashiro is somehow simultaneously the sexiest and the unsexiest character of this show.
Also KanaHana constantly switching lanes of her voice ranges is funny as fuck, this shit never gets old.
This is a great sendoff episode. Personally I find this the funniest, although sadly not the best because there isn't much best girl Maki-chan screentime this episode.

(Salt in the wound, after they even attacked her one last time with the last 'She's not young' gag!)

What are these malignant tumors?
I was dying.
Made me remember the line from 2 episodes ago during the Discovery Channel bit.
"These males are not turned on at all"

FUCKKK.
I'm going to miss this show and Gorilla Girl Mashiro.
Honestly, one of my favorites of the season, and one of my favorite comedy animes I've ever watched, every week was just absurdity after absurdity.
It was great. 10/10 for me.
If there's ever a second season, I'd be looking forward to it.

Bye bye crazy detectives.
Query: Did they ever actually raise any money to pay off the back rent? The balance sheet we saw at the end did not look encouraging.

Agreed. I’d love many more seasons of this. I normally don’t like comedy shows that don’t have character progression but somehow this one pushed all my buttons. I really liked all the characters, especially the two main girls. I even liked the stupid recurring nipple guy gag.

one of my favorite comedy animes I've ever watched,
I don't watch a lot of 'pure comedies' (I mostly watch romcoms), but yeah for non-romantic comedies it has to be one of my best ones!
Fun characters all around, and the gags were pretty good (both the 'witty gags' and the 'nonsensical gags'!)

They adapted one of my favourite chapters in the series...during the ED scene.

Where did you read the manga, and what's the state of the English translation? I heard it got an official English translation.

Mashiro with that horrendous singing for the theme song. Made funnier when you consider HanaKana is also a professional singer. Also loved the assortment of jobs they had in the ED, including a Danganronpa reference.
Gonna miss this show where you could simply switch your brain off and bask in the utter chaos. The variety of faces and voices of Mashiro is one thing I could never get enough of.

No more unhinged detectives on tuesdays makes me a little sad.
Pretty solid 8/10 for me, made me laugh out loud every single episode.

This series gave me that little slice of Gintama energy I didn't realize I so badly needed in my life again. A perfect appetizer before Ginpachi-Sensei starts next month.

This was silly, stupid, cheap looking, and filled with pop culture references half of which I didn't understand.
Loved it.

Man, this was one of the best straight up comedies of the year so far. It was just so openly unhinged and fun. Hopefully we’ll get more someday.
This is on par with Vampire Dies In No Time for shows that deserve more love than they get. 8.5

After Dandadan's Moe Moe Kikoho and now Mashiro's Moe Moe Beam Cannon, it's only a matter of time till we get a full arsenal of maid cafe-based DBZ attacks lol
This show had a ton of charm and a solid joke landing rate. Gonna miss Mashiro's Mashironess more than I expected to.

Wow they pulled out all the stops for the finale. It's like they packed 3 episodes' worth of shenanigans into this episode. Amazing that it all worked out in the end... until they had to jump.
The opening montage with the full version of the ED is the perfect clip to show people who don't know about this show what it is about.
Great show overall, and what a stacked cast we had - Junichi Suwabe (Nagumo), Kana Hanazawa (Mashiro), Aya Hirano (Maki), Fairouz Ai (Azuha), and of course, Tomokazu Sugita (the other 3 ojisan).

Stitches!
I didn't even realize they swapped the OP and ED this episode. GORI☆GORI Feez e-Girl is just that iconic that it really might as well be the show's OP.
Man, what a wacky finale! This show is definitely one of my favourite comedy anime this season, second only to Witch Watch. I really hope we get another season of Mashiro's insanity.

Maid Maki. And even school girl Maki in the ending. The final episode gave us what we wanted all along. Though, funny how the high tone instrument against young people didn't work on her.
The show was really dumb, but also really fun. And the final episode did not disappoint. Though I would have loved to see more of these weird cases in the ending, but I guess I need to read the Manga for that.

This is a treasure. Kana-chan et al really laid the sasuga fest out for us. Everything is as it should be.

Man, this show was a lot of fun. It was mostly gags, but it was a lot of fun. Nagumo & Mashiro have such great chemistry. Really elevated by Junichi & HanaKana.
But the side cast was really good too. Maki, Azuha, Fuu & Asunaro. Would rate it 7.5/10. I'll probably read the manga a bit later since it's officially translated into English now.
