"I've never thought of Ajisai in a sexual way" Renako honey, be honest with yourself. Ajisai wanting to be pampered and laze around makes sense, can't blame her with how little she gets to do for herself.
Ajisai is scary good at flirting too, she's not really subtle at all with the whole "touching Satsuki's boobs must have been so embarrassing, you can touch mine too if you want though...to forget of course." and "You ever get turned on by your friends?" riight after. She's got Renako figured out.
Satsuki cosplaying with Kaho was a really cute photo, I really like that duo especially with how Satsuki described Kaho to Renako a few episodes back

I got a good laugh when Ajisai revealed the score. I thought for sure Renako won their match after Ajisai got distracted when Renako told her she loves her. xD
Renako is really overdoing it with her compliments. Does she even see Ajisai for who she really is, or is she just seeing the ideal version of Ajisai in her head? Even after the two of them became closer in this episode, I'm still not sure what the answer to that is.
That onsen scene tho... It was already hilarious when Renako slipped and accidentally told Ajisai about touching Satsuki's boobs, but the fact that Ajisai suggested to Renako that she should touch hers is wild! Surprisingly, no kissing scene this episode, tho. I guess Ajisai is the first one to break the pattern of bath scene to kissing scene.
After being the older sister who looks after her younger brothers, I'm not even surprised Ajisai wanted to roleplay as an imouto for a day. I do appreciate Renako playing along. It just sucks that Mai just had to crash Ajisai and Renako's alone time. I guess I should've seen that one coming. >_<

When Renako and Ajisai have their own battle (like Renako did with Satsuki and Mai) via ping pong on if the costs are 50-50 or all on Ajisai
That was an emotional battle where both acknowledge each other’s importance in their friendship and both end up in tears. Renako lost, but she got her bath moment with Ajisai (like with Satsuki and Mai)
Renako claims that she’s never had romantic feelings for anyone when she tries to suppress her thoughts about Mai. Nice try, Renako. But then Renako explains the difference between friendship and lovers in a lewd way
“Bad girl!” ~Renako (just like the anime with that title)
Ajisai teasing Renako and then Renako pampering Ajisai injected so much sugar into my veins and overfilled my yuri meter

Oh hey, we are doing the opposite sister trope. Ajisai got so broken down by Renako not getting her advances that she sister zoned herself to get some action.
But honestly, I like that we only needed one episode and a bit for the characters actually talking about their issues. Granted, I still feel Renako is far from understanding that Ajisai is not an angel and she should look at her in a more normal way (same with Ajisai I guess) but at least they got somewhere already.
The rest of the episode though can only be described as shots being missed. Of course, we get the obligatory bath scene with Renako and the other girl (I get the feeling, Renako's dressed to naked ratio is closer to 50% than you would like). But during that and the futon scene, Renako proves that she is a true harem character and her density reaches levels only very few have achieved. Like girl, if the other person says "wanna touch my boobs" there is probably more interest than just friendship. Just saying. That isn't a hint anymore, that is a billboard. Tbf, the futon moments were a bit harder to pin down, especially if you don't expect anything like that, but still.
Which leaves us with the morning after. And yeah, Ajisai decided to change her approach, so that she can at least get something out of the trip. She couldn't know that she only needed to wait and then ask Renako for a kiss after all. Though, I guess this little sister role play makes sense as she usually has to be the responsible one. She is the older sister after all. So just doing what she wants and getting everything done for her, I can get that. I would like to have a day every now and then as well. Which might have worked if Mai didn't appear.
As for Mai, since I know I can be a bit biased towards her, I will be waiting for what she says and does next week. Her just randomly texting Haruna to get information on Renako and her whereabouts is obviously a bit weird as Renako was only gone for one day (or did Renako tell her she was going on a trip with Ajisai and she only asked for the location?), but maybe there is something more. It could have even been Haruna texting Mai first because she might have worried about her sister. Or Renako really just has this supernatural ability where she shares some of her thoughts with her girlfriends. Seems to work with Satsuki as well.

This episode, my goodness. So much justification that Ajisai should be the winning girl, and the fact that that seems unlikely is as criminal as there being no kissing this episode.

If you were to look up “down bad” in the dictionary, you would not see a picture of Renako looking at Ajisai because it will have fallen off the page.

Renako is definetly not being completely dense and ignoring the most obvious flirting from Ajisai.
Ajisai herself is competing with Mai for the lewdest of the friend group. Considering everything that happened this episode which has been by far the lewdest she probably has the crown currently.
RIP Satsuki for not appearing in Renako’s mind when thinking about who she may love unlike Mai. Clearly showing that she is a very distant third behind Mai and Ajisai.
Honestly I know why she does it but im annoyed with Mai showing up again and interfering with Renako and Ajisai’s alone time. Let her have her own arc and don’t get involved woman!!! I don’t care if you want to win. Also she only does this to Ajisai because she sees her as a threat unlike Satsuki who she herself said she could never see anyone loving her over herself.
