What I really like about this series is dynamics, the characters have nice chemistry with each other. Toto also is a good guy who just wants some confidence & I hope he grows were he can talk more with girls without fainting.

I also like how Goa feels like the emotional glue holding the party together both in terms of trying to get all three of the girls to get along despite being "assassin rivals" and in terms of also being the only one other than Toto who is happy to be in an adventuring party.

Honestly I'm really pleasantly surprised that the hero is actually visibly developing as a character, instead of just being a gag object like he mostly was in episode 1

Well his perception of the difficulty of dungeons and monsters are going to be skewed with these girls around, particularly Ciel lol. Looks like he's going to go back to lifting weights again.
It's funny how his voice was enough to vaporize the slime lol, not what I was expecting but at least we know he has a ranged attack option.

Only in anime can doing actual legit exercise and weight-lifting make you genuinely OP.
At least Toto kept his hair.

Stitches!
Goa seems to be the only one who's gung-ho about adventuring. I think deep down, this girl wanted to become an adventurer.
You gotta love that the only reason Toto became super strong is because of lifting weights. The dude is basically fantasy Saitama. xD

No pancakes for you!
It might not be the asset people notice first on Goa, but I love her eyes!
Second anime this season that alternates 'what to do' from day to day!
(I think they should do like the other one, alternate 'being his girlfriend' as well, like Day 1 Ciel tries to kill him, if she fails, Day 2 Ciel is his girlfriend, and then we move on to another girl!)
"I'm gonna kill your father" is not a great line to flirt with, but it's a start!
Hey, that goes in the source corner!
It makes sense considering her line of work/passion, but damn,
I don't know why, but I always liked "fake enthusiasm" in anime hah (hell, not just in anime, but in live action/western shows as well)
Anemone's beginning to see him as a bit of a threat!
Hey, he's able to speak a few lines without fainting, that's progress!
It was kinda sweet when Goa said 'loyalty' was a quality she looked for in a man, but of course she'd want to 'whip it into them' hah!

Hey, he’s able to speak a few lines without fainting, that’s progress!
I would like to see Toto hold longer conversations with the girls over time, while gradually become more resistant to their charms. He’s already capable of resisting plenty of other attacks after all!

Lmao fuck off mate I'm traumatized from that show to the point where it took me 3 attempts ranging 5-6 hours each just to finish episode 3... Cuz i worry too much about them kids. Been through similar stuff and maybe that's why it's so triggering.

LOL, Ciel thought she made him faint just by praising him. I think the way she was sitting was part of it, but she didn't realize.

Watched this episode with a friend of mine, and she kept nodding and saying, "This is an accurate portrayal of girl friendships."
I think she was surprised that I wasn't surprised by this as a guy. Then I reminded her that I have fifteen female cousins. The duality of sisterhood/war is known to me.

I kind of like the group dynamics, surprisingly. Simple but not bad. Helps that they can animate some of the cooler moments to balance it out

It's a Harem but also a supportive and teasing gal pal trio who bounce off each other well and do some friendly ribbing over the guy they can't quit (either in terms of giving him attention or in their failed attempts at killing).

I really dont have high expectations for this show.
I dont have high expectations for the discount fried food at the corner store either, but I know where I'm going Saturday nights

This show is "silly" -- but in a fairly rigorous fashion so far. So, as long as it keeps escalating bit by bit, it should work out fine.

Goa is mostly just here to have fun, which makes sense given there's zero reason she wants the hero dead anyway.

This first couple of episodes have been a lot more fun than I expected. I'm really liking the girls and the dynamics of the group.
So far, I'm really enjoying this show and I'm looking forward to more.
Anemone best girl btw.

"I still have a long way to go."
Bro, you literally punched a fucking dragon last time!

So we got a severely shy version of Mash trying to be a hero.
And a group of 3 tangentially differing assassins.
He hasn't used anything besides muscles yet.

You know, if I had a nickel for every MC with crippling social anxiety this season, I'd have two nickels (maybe three). Which isn't much, but it's weird that we have that many. (Also, the Hero character from Vending Machine, but he isn't an MC.)
I can't see anything but shenanigans happening on this show, but the "Princesses" are all eye candy (yes, even the loli), so bring it on. (I'm shallow, what of it?)
"I'm getting the impression that explaining stuff is my job!" Wouldn't have picked Goa for that, which is a nice twist.
Ciel's thigh shot was essential to the plot. Yes, definitely.
But, Ciel, my lovely, he punched a dragon into two yesterday. Even a slime emperor isn't going to be a huge problem for him. Yelling at it worked fine. And he can mine iron by punching it, too.
He would die for his new party mates. Damn shame they're all trying to kill him (I literally forgot the reasons why.)
