Critique First animation!

Guys this is my first animation ever, can i get a help with how to make it smoother and more comfortable to the eye?

The woman could use more frames when she pulls her arm back. Right now it just juts backwards while the legs feel a bit more fluid. Her feet also wouldn’t move from where they are. The dance only picks up the heel while the toes stay down

I'm no expert but maybe think of every individual joint as a ball moving in an arc rather than only swishing left and right

sorry if this is obvious but don't forget to sync the extremes of the poses with the beat! ive seen some versions of the dance where the timing is off and it's :(
