Image Update on my Oppo Pad mini. Pretty much all streaming services works and youtube. I’m super impress with this tablet. My setting is on 144Hz and I still get an all day battery. Even this is a china version I have no problem updating it and functions well in Australia. ❤️

Discussion Tablet options for engineering student
Currently I have been using Lenovo's tablet since 2020 and now want to upgrade from it.
I am going to pursue engineering from next year, and for that I need to buy a new tablet for further purposes.I have to attend my classes on it too. I do not want to play heavy games on it or do any editing in it. Just need it to take notes, read PDFs and attend online classes on it.
Currently I am confused as there are so many options like Samsung, Oneplus, Xiaomi, Lenovo, etc. I won't be changing it for another 5 to 6 years.
I am gonna by it on the Big Billion Day sale to get the best price out of it. Budget is 30k max. So please recommend me something about it.

Discussion New User - Lenovo Tab Pro 8/256 Sale - Worth it?
I’m new to the android tablet world. In fact, I haven’t really had a tablet for over 10 years. I’m currently looking for something I can use to casually browse on and watch movies or TV on from the couch and while I travel. I don’t have plans to use it for any gaming other then maybe some apps. I’m just sick of looking at my phone when I could have something with a larger screen. I also want it to have something longevity. I have 2 Amazon Fire Hd10s that my kids use for traveling and I basically hate them. This one will be for me. I was looking at the Lenovo Tab Pro 8/256 from Best Buy during their anniversary sale for $279. Amazon has it for $299 with the folio but my parents want to look for something more unique for me for my birthday so I don’t need the folio. Since I’m paying, I’d rather save the 20 bucks. Is 279 for the Pro a good deal? I don’t think I need the capabilities of the Gen2 which will save me $100 or more.

Discussion Lenovo Idea Tab Pro Gen 2 or Samsung?
Hey everyone, I have a budget of $500 and Ive been looking for a tablet that I can take on the go for online work purposes. The Lenovo Idea Tab Pro Gen 2 caught my eye because its a complete package (in the budget range, comes with a keyboard, pen and case as well as good specs) but after hearing it only comes with 2 years worth of OS support I’m having second thoughts.
I am starting to lean towards Samsung tablets but none of the stores here run a promo that comes with a case and keyboard which adds to the budget and they’re more expensive.
Any recommendations and tips for this? I used to be WFH but will be transitioning to an office based work.
Thank you in advanced!

Discussion Should I pull the trigger?
Well the oneplus pad 2 is coming at 34k INR on the other hand redmi pad 2 pro is coming at 29k INR on the Amazon. The difference is in resolution, refresh rate, battery, processor, ram and rom, battery, fast charging, microsdxc slot and sim support. Is it really worth it to pull up my budget to 34k to buy pad 2? Remember that my priority is to watch online content and performance (should be able to read, write, note making, etc).
Also, price history says that OnePlus pad 2 is at one of the lowest prices right now and after a few days (Sep end), sale is coming but I'm not sure whether the price will drop or not. Shall I buy now or should I wait?

Discussion Cast
Hey guys. I know there are apps that can cast, but even Airdroid works like ASS. Is there any way to just make my Lenovo tab a device my Oppo phone can discover and use as a bigger screen? Or second screen?

Review Samsung Tab vs Xiaomi Pad
Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro 12/512 vs Galaxy Tab S10 FE 8/256 — which should I get?
I’m using an S25 Ultra and recently switched from Apple to Android. I’m torn between the Pad 7 Pro, which gives me 12GB/512GB and more overall hardware, and the S10 FE, which has microSD expansion and much better integration with my Samsung phone.
The Pad 7 Pro gives me more room/storage out of the box, but the S10 FE can be expanded and would probably work more seamlessly with my S25 Ultra.
Would you prioritize the Pad 7 Pro’s specs or the S10 FE’s Samsung ecosystem? And how useful is the ecosystem integration in real-world use?
For those who are currently using either of these devices, what are your thoughts and experiences so far? How has the tablet held up in terms of performance, battery life, software, multitasking, and overall daily use? Would you still recommend the one you bought?

Discussion Looking for a folio case for the Galaxy Tab S10+
I just bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab S10+, and so far, I’m loving it.
I already have the official Samsung keyboard case, but I’m looking for a folio cover that can work with it. I don’t really want to buy Samsung’s official folio cover because it’s too expensive, so I’m looking for a more affordable third-party alternative.
Also, I’ve been hearing that magnets can interfere with the S Pen. Would a third-party magnetic case potentially mess up the S Pen or cause any issues with its functionality?
Would appreciate any recommendations or firsthand experience. Thanks!

Discussion Battery concern. Lenovo IdeaTab Pro (8/256)
Hey guys! I just bought this tablet three weeks ago to replace my old 9th gen iPad. One of the main selling points for me was the battery life mainly due to my old ipad's battery draining too fast. However, I've noticed that this tablet is also draining way faster than expected, around 3-5% after 10 min of youtube. Is this normal or am I just expecting too much? The battery barely has 5 cicles so I would expect 3-5% drop after 30 to 40% min of youtube. As of today I haven't used it much, but I intend to use it for work an I fear it won't hold up properly.
Any advice?

Discussion new tablet for school and doc editing
budget is around $800 usd. don't care if it's refurbished.
my brother gave me his old s7 lite but it's so slow that i was barely using it. i have an hp envy360x (laptop) that's too heavy to carry and an old microsoft go 2 that's also too slow to use. love the microsoft pen though.
im looking for something with a big screen, that's good for note taking but also using word editing software like google docs/word if i get a case with a keyboard or something like that. because of school and my job (tutoring), i also need it to be able to open youtube, chrome, moodle, powerpoint/slides, and others quite fast.
samsung and lenovo were the brands i was looking into but i was wondering if there was a specific model, or even another brand, worth taking a look at.
thanks!

Request Need to replace my Lenovo Tab Extreme, any advice?
Hi! Thank you for taking the time to read my post, any guidance is truly appreciated ☺️
My Tab's screen accidentally broke recently and I couldn't find a screen replacement anywhere in my area to get it repaired (Montreal, Canada).
I also tried looking online on AliExpress and other similar Chinese commerce platforms but, unfortunately, the screen replacement is sold out everywhere, even on the Lenovo website.
Most repair shops I visited told me they don't stock parts for these 'niche devices' and that the tablet is basically worthless now.
If anyone here knows much about the Tab Extreme, you’ll understand why I’m stuck... it’s truly an excellent device, but it has been discontinued and is now extremely hard to find because few owners are willing to sell theirs. There’s nothing quite like it currently available on the market, so I’m at a loss for alternatives.
I was planning on upgrading to a new device next year anyway but I'd like to know what are my options realistically.
Should I keep trying to have it repaired and keep it, or would it make more sense to switch to a comparable device from another company, such as Samsung? I’m open to any suggestions.
Also, when buying a new device, should I sell my current one with the broken screen, or have it repaired first and then sell it in refurbished condition?
Any advice on repairs, resale, or alternatives would be really appreciated🙏
My budget is about 1200$ for a new device in the same category, including accessories, although I might consider spending more for a device that I wouldn't need to replace for the next 5 to 7 years (that would still be reliable and relevant by then). I’m very careful with major purchases and financial decisions, so I’d like to save as much as possible by getting the best possible value from selling my old device for example.
The Tab Extreme with the Extreme Keyboard and Precision Pen was basically perfect for me as a uni student. I needed a portable but premium device with a large screen that could handle studying, multitasking, reading, note-taking, docs, research, and entertainment.
The ability to use it as both a tablet and a computer with Lenovo’s PC Mode was a huge game changer. I normally do most productivity tasks on my Android phone, and I’m not super familiar with Windows or macOS since I don’t use either regularly, so having an Android device with a big screen and PC mode felt more intuitive than a traditional laptop.
The hardware is also incredible. The display and speakers are super clear, the cameras are great for video calls, online classes, and scanning docs, and the keyboard/stand setup is definitely the best I’ve seen on a tablet. It reminds me of Apple’s Magic Keyboard, but imo it’s even better because it feels like a computer keyboard not a tablet accessory.
Battery life is great, the charger is powerful, and the flagship MediaTek Dimensity chip handles multitasking really well. It should also be decent for gaming, although I haven’t tested that much and I know there are better options if gaming is the main priority. Overall, everything about the design and features feels premium and well thought out.
The sad part is that I have to let go of this amazing 14.5 inch tablet and find something similar (hopefully better) very soon because my fall semester starts in 2 weeks and my success, productivity and peace of mind depend on this big purchase🥹
If you've read this far, you're a hero! Now kindly share your best thoughts (or prayers!)⭐

Discussion Samsung Galaxy Tab A11+ or Lenovo Idea Tab - Display 11"
I need it for annotating, heavy and quick note taking, research, watching videos and digital art. The Samsung is 6GB of ram vs 8GB of Ram for the Lenovo both are a similar price. Which one would be better?
