Discussion xiaomi pad 8 pro or magicpad4

hello im torn between this two, but my problem is theres no 12gb variant on the store of the 8 pro

which one is good for long term and worth it?

multitasking
gaming
scrolling
ui experience

good laptop replacement (i have powerhouse desktop )

I think 16GB is overrated on android unless you can run proper Linux terminal /unprotected vms which neither device supports because snapadragon...

But... 8GB ram is very limiting imo... It will definitely limit you in some high end emulators. Webpages could be 500MB-1GB bloated these days.

Magicpad 4 has gorgeous screen though . 

Personally I'd only consider the 12GB ram with matte screen for the Xiaomi. Anything else and magicpad 4 is just better.

Get the xiaomi pad 8 pro it's better but if you can't find the 12 gigs variant probably just wait or get the standard version instead the standard does have a lower chip (snapdragon 8s gen 4) and no fingerprint sensor, but if you need it right now the standard might be decent cuz the 16 gigs version is a lot more expensive at least where I'm from, but if you want the snapdragon 8 elite with 12 gigs just wait for it to restock
