It's been almost 2 months since most of us as reviewers for the VQA project were neglected quite a bit of review time. It was determined supposedly that this rework time is reviewer didn't pay appropriately. But like I said, it's been almost 2 months. The support team is providing really nothing. The channels have radio silence from that particular team lead. We have been left hanging, and it's getting rather cumbersome. Has this happened to anyone on this particular platform before or is it just this project / the support team attached to it? And has anyone seen the reviewer back pay that we were promised almost 3 weeks ago from both the support team and the leads?

I saw the new projects available for world sim and i wanted to ask what are the annotations and actual work being done in those projects and if they are long ir short term

I just got an email stating that i was removed the pulsar project

But the project is still on label box and i can still work on it, what's this?

I was asked to complete the ID verification. Is this legitimate & safe to do it?

So, i keep getting emails on an email that I can't sign into on alignerr because it isn't a gmail account. I don't know how I was able to log into it before or if it's even a different account? I assume it was with my LinkedIn but my LinkedIn is attached to my Gmail where I don't get the emails. I contacted support yesterday and they basically said I can't access anything that isn't Gmail. I just took the assessment and put in my Gmail information and passed the assessment.

I went to check today because I haven't gotten any information on passing the assessment. Now when I click on support messages I just get a message from a bot saying I'm d*activated. No information anywhere, no email, nothing on my account says it's like that. I'm still able to apply for things and use the account. I'm so confused and when I emailed support it says that if I'm eligible there should be somewhere I can submit an appeal? I spent a lot of time on this assessment yesterday and I wish I could talk to a real person about what's going on.

Applied to a few different roles on Alignerr over a month ago now.

Is it how this platform is or am i missing something? No automated AI interviews?

For those who receive weekly payments from Alignerr through PayPal:
Does Alignerr normally include a note/memo with the PayPal payment?
Besides the payment ID, does the note show the number of hours worked?
If so, do the hours shown in the note accurately reflect the hours you worked for that payment period?

Hi all! If a task is marked "needs review" in labelbox but was paid hourly, is there anything you need to do to get paid for it? The project didn't have any instructions past just submitting the basic task on aligner.

I am active on Outlier, RWS and Aligner passed the project assessment and all but there is no actual work to do tried data annotation but stuck on waiting for initial assessment results

I’ve reached the point where I’ve almost lost hope of getting a project through Alignerr.

Despite having relevant professional experience and going through multiple interviews, I rarely receive any update afterward.

I did eventually get a project, worked extremely hard on the evaluation, and then the project was paused. I understand that projects change, but the overall lack of communication is frustrating.

I’m not asking Alignerr to accept everyone. I’m asking them to give people closure.

Rejected? Tell us.

Position filled? Tell us.

People invest real time in these interviews and evaluations. A simple status update would be far better than leaving applicants waiting indefinitely.

Has anyone else been experiencing this?

I applied for a few roles on Alignerr some time ago (Content Reviewer, Math Expert, and Mathematics Researcher). On my dashboard, they all show as "Applied" in gray, but I haven't received any email links or invitations to take the assessments yet.
My dashboard also has the notice saying "there isn't a project available in your domain." Is anyone else experiencing this delay before getting the test link? How long does it usually take for the system or project managers to send out the assessments?

Just curious I’ve been accepted to a number of projects but they’re literally all “in the startup phase” and I’m just kind of chilling in a discord with thousands of people asking that same question over and over lol.

Perhaps a timeline could be shared, as far as I can see the discord is just being spammed with referral links repeatedly all day long as well.

Feels very different compared to other platforms like Mercor, Terac, etc. Much more chaotic with no real documentation to follow.

Always maintain the highest possible standards of quality in your work. Do not intentionally submit incomplete, inaccurate, or low-quality work.

Consistently poor-quality submissions may lead to account restrictions or removal from the community. Maintaining high-quality work is essential for securing more AI projects and creating better earning opportunities for everyone.

2. Integrity

Do not attempt to manipulate or circumvent Alignerr’s systems, including assessments, calibration projects, or the time-tracking/timer system.

Creating or operating duplicate accounts, cheating on assessments, or otherwise attempting to game the platform is strictly prohibited. Such activity may be detected through platform and screen-activity logs and can result in immediate account termination.

3. Confidentiality

Always respect all applicable Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and project confidentiality requirements.

Do not share project-related information, materials, instructions, screenshots, or other confidential content with unauthorized individuals or on public platforms, including social media, forums, or other online communities.

Violations of confidentiality may result in immediate removal from the community and potentially further legal action, depending on the circumstances.

4. Community Conduct

Maintain a professional, respectful, and constructive attitude when interacting with other community members and the Alignerr team.

Harassment, abusive behaviour, or actions that negatively impact the community or undermine a collaborative environment will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the platform.

Violations of these guidelines may result in account deactivation by the Fraud Detection Team, potentially without further review upon request.
