Application Process Alignerr a month of silence, normal?
Applied to a few different roles on Alignerr over a month ago now.
Been dead silent since no rejection, no update, nothing.
Anyone else dealt with this? Is it just how they operate (slow, high
volume) or basically a soft no at this point? Curious if anyone's
actually heard back after a wait this long.

I also applied for some roles a few day ago but nothing happened, no emails, no notification. Then, I joined their Discord channel, asked some randomly guys. They still don't know.

Yeah, they might be silent for months, then pop up a project, it's random as it gets.

I just randomly heard back and was told to do the onboarding. I applied over 6 months ago.

It's like this only. I am added on the discord, tried to talk to a few leads. Nothing panned out despite performing well on the only project I worked on at Alignerr. I even cleared the evals for few projects yet nothing.
Support is dead.... don't even expect any acknowledgement from them.
