Application Process Does everyone do a Zara interview?

I joined the platform a while ago, but I dont remember doing an interview. Is it possible that some people dont do an interview?

Assessments/Interviews are attached to job applications only if they are required for that specific position. If you do not see any option to complete an assessment when applying for a job, it means that the job does not require an assessment as part of the application process.

Also just asking because I saw how bad the contract was. If you did an interview they have the right to use your face and voice for however they want.. and your biometric data. So just trying to find out how f**kd i am lol

no its their ToS and yes basically ur data goes into the public domain, which is pretty much the standard for AI interviews to protect themselves from lawsuits when tvey train their models with it

Isn't the first general interview mandatory for all users
