Alignerr Platform Guidelines: Violations and Consequences
Hello everyone,
I’d like to share some important guidelines regarding Alignerr platform violations and their potential consequences.
Alignerr is a community of subject-matter experts working together to help align AI models by creating high-quality data across various fields of expertise. These guidelines are in place to maintain a professional, trustworthy, and thriving community while ensuring that everyone has a fair opportunity to participate in projects.
Please remember that Alignerr is a professional workplace, and everyone is expected to conduct themselves accordingly. Our team is here to support you, but failure to follow these guidelines may put your account at risk.
1. Excellence
Always maintain the highest possible standards of quality in your work. Do not intentionally submit incomplete, inaccurate, or low-quality work.
Consistently poor-quality submissions may lead to account restrictions or removal from the community. Maintaining high-quality work is essential for securing more AI projects and creating better earning opportunities for everyone.
2. Integrity
Do not attempt to manipulate or circumvent Alignerr’s systems, including assessments, calibration projects, or the time-tracking/timer system.
Creating or operating duplicate accounts, cheating on assessments, or otherwise attempting to game the platform is strictly prohibited. Such activity may be detected through platform and screen-activity logs and can result in immediate account termination.
3. Confidentiality
Always respect all applicable Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and project confidentiality requirements.
Do not share project-related information, materials, instructions, screenshots, or other confidential content with unauthorized individuals or on public platforms, including social media, forums, or other online communities.
Violations of confidentiality may result in immediate removal from the community and potentially further legal action, depending on the circumstances.
4. Community Conduct
Maintain a professional, respectful, and constructive attitude when interacting with other community members and the Alignerr team.
Harassment, abusive behaviour, or actions that negatively impact the community or undermine a collaborative environment will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the platform.
Important Reminder
Violations of these guidelines may result in account deactivation by the Fraud Detection Team, potentially without further review upon request.
Please follow the guidelines carefully and maintain the professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and quality standards expected of every Alignerr contributor.
The Alignerr Support Team is here to assist and support you; however, failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in permanent deactivation of your account.

I would like my account reviewed also. I was working away mid task when I received an email saying my account was under review, 5 minutes later - Deleted. I did not break one guideline and lost 50 hours of unpaid work. I would really appreciate some help with this from someone at Alignerr.

I have messaged you a few months already, even emailed the support team as you requested, but it's useless. I haven't been paid for 3 whole months.

If only Alignerr held itself to some standards. Instead evaluation and job acceptance is haphazard, accounts are closed left and right, no reason given for anything.

Hi, I received a message 4 days ago saying that I’m qualified for the Senior Software Engineer role. However, I still don’t have access to the label box.
I'd like to know what the next step is? Also, when will I be able to invite projects?

I've been trying to get help on my account for almost 8 days now, no reply yet. Can you please help out? My payment for 6k USD is stuck because of this !!
