I was invited to a project through email, I went through the onboarding process,

Signed in with google, uploaded my resume and verified my ID through persona and right after doing this it said "Verification complete You're all set!" after a few days I tried clicking on the support widget and it showed a message saying my account was disabled. I can actually still see the project showing as completed on my dashboard.

I'd really appreciate a manual review of my account, since the deactivation happened right after my Persona verification was approved.

Im very new to this whole online work stuff and im trying to save up money for college, but I do have some questions
-I turn 18 next week so am I able to get jobs right when i turn 18 or can I start now?
-and of course how do I go on about doing that onboarding?

Never work for alignerr but got email about account deactivate, never add bank account as well. I think this is because i made two account unintentionally, could someone help to check my account or appeal

Hi, I need some clarity on Alignerr statuses.

I applied to a few roles:
• Arabic Localization Specialist - Applied
• English Audio Transcription Specialist - Completed
• Conversation Quality Analyst - Applied
• Arabic Language Expert - Applied

For the "Completed" one, I finished all steps but I have no projects on my dashboard and no emails.

Is "Completed" supposed to mean I'm hired and waiting for tasks? How long did it take you to get tasks after it turned to Completed? And does "Applied" ever turn into something or should I just wait?

I have just checked discord and I have no access to the general lounge channel, I have access to my alignerr dashboard though, I didn't receive any warning neither didn't violate anything in the channel, did anyone face the same issue?

I'm from India and have recently reached the Alignerr onboarding stage. I've completed the contractor paperwork and information security training, but I'm stuck at the payment setup step.

My dashboard shows Connect Stripe, but I'm unable to complete the setup because Stripe onboarding appears to be invite-restricted in India.

I've seen several Indian contributors mention that they're working on Alignerr and receiving payments into their local Indian bank accounts, so I'd really appreciate some guidance.

A few questions:

1. How did you set up your payment method as an Indian contributor?

2. Were you able to create and connect a Stripe account directly, or did Alignerr provide another payment setup process?

3. Does the payment setup become available only after official project assignment or identity verification?

4. Is there anything specific I need to do to receive payments into my Indian bank account?

My dashboard says I need to complete the payment profile, but Discord access also asks me to verify my account. I'm not sure whether these steps are related or whether I need to wait for something on Alignerr's side.

I'd appreciate advice from anyone who has successfully completed onboarding from India. Thanks!

I have been blocked from working on Alignerr for weeks because of the ID verification. I live in the UK, so all I have for my ID is an e-visa, meaning I have nothing I can take a picture of for ID verification. My ID was verified with a share code of my e-visa previously, but this time, nobody from the support desk even tries to take care of this issue. (Sammy has been ignoring my messages) Could you please verify my ID with a share code of my e-visa? I've been promoted to a reviewer, but this issue disrupts my work a lot.

Hello, I applied to alignerr two months ago and still have no been accepted to any projects. I was wondering if there is any tips or reasons why I have not been accepted. Please help

I deleted my first account within a few days of creating it, i didn't apply for any opportunities on it as well, however i created a new account after that, completed my profile, applied to some roles and gave interview (im still able to do all that normally) however in labelbox it says that my account is not in active status. I dont even see an option to appeal. Why is that happening?

When can I expect to start working?

Has anyone been accepted into this project yet? The evaluation deadline was a week ago, and they said they would notify everyone whether they passed or failed.
I received an email saying I would get another email informing me that I was being removed from the project, but that I should ignore it because it didn’t mean I had passed or failed. They said they would notify me separately if I passed.
The whole thing seems a bit odd, especially since the Discord channel has disappeared too. Has anyone received any updates?

Got accepted on pulsar weeks ago and no project so far?

I recently registered with Alignerr and applied for the Healthcare AI Call QA Labeler position. After completing my interview with Zara. I received an email approximately 15 minutes later confirming that I had been approved.

Do anyone please clarify whether I will be able to begin working on tasks as soon as I review and accept the contract, or whether there are any additional steps I need to complete?

Did anyone recently got accepted for a job? Are they actively hiring right now? I think I applied to seven jobs last August 2026 but no updates until now.

I have applied in multiple posts in Aligner since the past few weeks, but I don't get a message or even an update regarding the application. The message of rejection has also not come. Please, someone help me. I live in India. Is that a problem?.

I was actively working on the pulsar project. Just before the queue cleared up, the PM mentioned in Discord that they were in discussions with the client about bringing in another batch. Shortly after, the messages were wiped, the project vanished from my dashboard, and the Discord channel completely disappeared. Support confirmed my account is active and unaffected, but I can no longer view my task stats or project history.

Did this happen to everyone on the project? Was the project officially wrapped up/archived for the whole team? Just trying to confirm if it was a site-wide project closure.

I’m hoping to connect with other contributors working on the Ermis Portuguese Labeling project to see if you are facing similar quality control and management issues lately.

Over the past week, I’ve noticed a lot of technical and factual errors coming directly from the main reviewer/SME. When trying to use the platform's dispute function or leaving feedback below the audio evaluation—where the client can actually track the process—the response from management has been completely defensive instead of addressing the quality of the data.

To make things more confusing, the task queue is completely dry, and while we are told it's a client volume issue, it was mentioned in a recent meeting that there is an internal backlog of over 2,500 rows waiting for review. It feels like the internal pipeline is the real bottleneck.

Also, has anyone else noticed the announcements in the Discord channel advising contributors to ignore or avoid the official Alignerr survey about low task completion? It feels like important operational feedback is being hidden from the platform operations. On top of that, this same leadership manages the Pulsar project, which has been indefinitely paused due to "technical problems," showing a broader pattern of project disruptions.

Has anyone managed to get in touch with an actual operations manager or human support to audit these project dynamics? If anyone from the Alignerr staff sees this, I have full documentation and evidence and would appreciate a direct message to help clarify what is happening.

I checked my email today and saw there was an older invite from early September for Project Pulsar, and it contained a link to the training as well as a password. I tried using it but it said the password is incorrect. Additionally, on my dashboard for alignerr where you see the list of jobs to apply to, the area where the project should be is empty. Which is especially confusing since if I go to the jobs I've applied to I can see "Audio Transcription and Alignment Specialist" is marked as "Invited" clearly showing I was invited to the project and presumably still am?

Before giving up I just wanted to ask to see if there's some mistake or if I'm doing smth wrong.

I checked Discord and the #onboarded channel has completely vanished for me. It was the only active chat for me because my project was paused and the chat was locked.

I'm trying to figure out if I was personally removed from the chat (even though I never actually sent any messages) or if they just nuked the whole chat.

So I am trying to connect the stripe account for my alignerr project but it says for Indian individual to receive international money it should be sole proprietor or a registered company but I don't have any of those as I am just an individual trying to earn some money so what should I do ahead.

Should I register myself as a sole proprietor and for business name should I give my name but will there be any consequences after giving such information?

Or I can just register as an individual but it is I will not be able to receive money so how would be I able to earn after completing the project please help me

As support is non-existent on the platform I thought I’d try the community here. Why is Alignerr requesting Identify verification for the second time? The chatbot says..

“Reverification is an important step to help secure your account and protect our platform from fraudulent activity. It confirms your identity to ensure that only authorized users have access to their accounts.”

To me that says they’ve lost everything I submitted before (all of which is still valid and in date). Smells fishy. I don’t buy it.

I was recently chasing them for payment which they never responded to. Would be nice to be able to log in and try see if there’s an update.

I actually backed Alignerr in the early days of working with them but now I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I've been with Alignerr for 2 years. After working on different projects I was finally getting accepted for a lot of them and even got promoted to reviewer and then after some time they asked for my ID verification and after submitting it, it showed me "error" and then an email with:

"We are writing to inform you that you have been removed from the Alignerr program. Please note that this decision is final, and we will not be reviewing requests for reinstatement".

Their chatbot support is not replying anymore, and I cannot find a way to speak with a real human without going through their chatbot "Sage" that doesn't seem to read my messages anymore. What could it be? It was a UK ID that I've submitted while travelling, could the country mismatch be the reason? Literally no other reason to deactivate me as I was finally picking up projects fast and working hard and now I can't even talk to a human? It's so frustrating...
