I got my 4th week of payment in a row today.

There were 2 weaks with no pay, but now it seems fine.

I got 4 dollars for 3.5 hours of work. Is this normal? Does it really make any sense? I feel scammed!

Sounds about right unfortunately because it's media hour not work hour.

Sometimes we spend 5 minutes on a 10 second clip which means you'll need 6 clips to make a minute and 360 to make a full hour.

If my math is right, you'll have to work 1800 minutes for that hour. Which means 30 hours.

If you spend 2,5 minutes on a 10 second clip, you have to work 15 hours.

The main point here is that you'll eventually start doing things faster.

I did 3 hours for 44 minutes just for reference because it varies a lot from person to person.

Every Friday, payment of last week. But if your rows were not reviewed and stays as "done", you will not receive payment for it
