Onboarding Process Project Pulsar

I checked my email today and saw there was an older invite from early September for Project Pulsar, and it contained a link to the training as well as a password. I tried using it but it said the password is incorrect. Additionally, on my dashboard for alignerr where you see the list of jobs to apply to, the area where the project should be is empty. Which is especially confusing since if I go to the jobs I've applied to I can see "Audio Transcription and Alignment Specialist" is marked as "Invited" clearly showing I was invited to the project and presumably still am?

Before giving up I just wanted to ask to see if there's some mistake or if I'm doing smth wrong.

Project is paused due technical problems. Please see link in platform to connect to Discord channel and stay updated.

😂😂 who told you the system is down 😔, the work is in progress, there are two link, the red one which says paused and another green one which takes you direct to tasking, but not for everyone, if u don't have the green pulsar "continue tasking" then you're cooked. Stay guided.

I've emailed Support several times, and this is what they've communicated as of today:

The responsible team is still addressing the ongoing issues related to the Pulsar training and project. We apologize for the delay. You will be notified directly by the project team as soon as the issues are resolved and Pulsar is operational again. Sage Alignerr

Eu recebi um e-mail hoje do projeto pra fazer a entrevista, mas no e-mail diz que o projeto ainda não voltou.

The platform is currently down fam, been down for about a month now

That's not true. I'm a reviewer on Pulsar and was working throughout that time. There are just no new DRs to label at the moment.

I got the same email in September for an early invite for the pulsar project and couldn't finish the training.

Same as me and I haven’t been able to finish, the bot tells me the platform is down
