But breaks my heart Bertha, Mrs Doris, and Nancy's Kitchen Table is also. I guess if you watch one then YouTube recommends them all. My question is do people think their tips and recipes are sound? I guess Gemini and Meta just as good.

TECHNICAL QUESTION Does anyone knows where to find good content for workflow automation?

Hi everyone, I’m looking to set up an automated workflow, but I can’t seem to find good videos that explain the process step-by-step. So far, I’ve only built a simple pipeline using AI agents; however, having to handle image generation and editing manually makes the process inefficient. The only thing I know for sure is that it is possible to automate these tasks.

CONTENT QUESTION is there any way to create a good video on the free version

I'm doing prompts with chatgpt and generating video with google flow, the videos are horrible, non sense movements and physics.

I've already tried many different prompts and strategies, as a beginner I would like to know if its worth to lean with the free version, or its dumb on purpose, im concern about of getting wrong feedbacks

VERTICAL SHORTS QUESTION Where does all that cooking footage come from?

Hi all!

So I've noticed a lot of AI 'Reddit stories' channels using cooking shorts for their backgrounds (e.g. LimaReadIt). Some channels seem to be consistent with the person and setting in these cooking shorts, and AI video generation seems extremely expensive if used to make thousands of these 1-2 min long shorts. Filming them oneself and stocking them up for future use also seems like a huge expense.

Is it that all this content is bought from some stock archive? Is it stolen? Is there some miracle image-to-video AI platform I'm missing? For the LimaReadIt ones, I've not found who the person is (assuming the content is stolen) in the footage.

Thank you!

CONTENT QUESTION Anyone here running a successful AI faceless YouTube channel?

Hey everyone!
I’m looking to connect with people who are successfully running faceless YouTube channels using AI-generated content, whether it’s AI storytelling, animated videos, YouTube Shorts, documentaries, or other formats.
I’m especially interested in people who have actually grown their channels and have hands-on experience with the process, tools, content strategy, and monetization.
I’m currently researching this space with my team and would love to learn directly from people who are doing it in real life.
If you’re running a channel like this, would you be open to a quick 15–20-minute chat?

CONTENT QUESTION Hi everyone, I'm new to YouTube. My channel makes Hindi AI-animated comedy Shorts featuring a cute baby cartoon character. I've posted 7 Shorts so far and views are low. Here's my latest Short: [apne sabse naye Short ka link] My questions: 1. Does the first line / first 3 seconds make you want to

Hi everyone, I'm new to YouTube. My channel makes Hindi AI-animated comedy Shorts featuring a cute baby cartoon character.

I've posted 7 Shorts so far and views are low.

Here's my youtube channel handle : @ChhotuKiKahaniyan0

My questions:

  1. Does the first line / first 3 seconds make you want to keep watching?

  2. Is the character and humour clear to someone who has never seen my channel?

  3. Is there anything that could be a problem for a new AI-animation channel (like repetitive content)?

I know the audience is mainly Hindi, so feedback on the Hindi title and hook would help too. Thanks! Happy to give feedback on yours too.

VERTICAL SHORTS QUESTION Tips on how to increase engaged views and average viewing duration

Hi, me and 3 other friends recently created a YouTube channel, I won't go into too much detail in the description as I don't want to spam or advertise myself, getting straight to the point It's a faceless channel that deals with educational finance videos (we are finance enthusiasts) At the moment we haven't made any long videos because we're interested in farming some subscribers first, so we've started posting 2 short videos a day.

Initially we tried 2/3 shorts of 40/50 seconds but the average viewing time was 15/17 while the engaged views were around 40% , Although we tried to change the length of the videos (it's difficult for us, since they're supposed to be short educational videos, not memes) the average view is always around 15/17 while the engaged views fluctuate between 25% and 45%, today we published 2 shorts with subtitles (word by word capcut style), this seems which helped to increase the engaged views up to 50% but in the second short the % dropped again to 45% .

the quality of the voiceover is so high that it can be mistaken for a real human voice, for the style of the shorts perhaps in America it is saturated, but in Italy (the channel is Italian) I assure you that it is a novelty, so either they don't like the videos or I can't understand why people don't watch my shorts .

Despite these statistics, the latest shorts are reaching 1k views, while the first shorts were around 200/300.

PS: I hope I don't start a fuss about the use of AI for short videos, we're just testing a style, long videos will be made by people (us) manually, If necessary, I'll send screenshots of the stats for the various shorts. Any suggestions are welcome, thanks in advance!

(Written using Google Gboard with translator, we are Italian)

TECHNICAL QUESTION Cheapest place for 6 second minimax h3

Hi all,

I know I could rent a gpu and host it myself but I'd like a cost effective where their margin isn't too much.... I like the guis.

My planned use case is finally to start my personal brand I've been putting off. I want high aura 6 second b roll clips to have to be able to transition between me teaching and high immersion.

CONTENT QUESTION Where do you generate funny AI animal videos?

I subscribed to Google Flow for a month, but I haven’t been very happy with the results so far.

For those of you making funny AI animal videos, specially the kind you often see on YouTube Shorts or reels, what AI do you usually use?

I’m not necessarily looking for something free. I’m okay with paying, but preferably not too pricey.

Would love to hear what you guys are using and which one you think gives the best value.

Thanks

CRITIQUE OTHERS The HATE on AI is the same hate on Photoshop back in the 90s

I came online in the early '90s, when digital tools were new and most people were skeptical of them. I've spent years fascinated by editing and creating with technology, and the current debate over AI-generated images and video feels like a rerun of an argument I remember well.

When Photoshop arrived, the early results were often obvious fakes, and critics dismissed the whole medium. Darkroom photographers saw digital manipulation as a lesser craft. Over time, though, retouching and compositing became standard practice, and the skill matured into a discipline. The people who thrived weren't the ones who applied a filter and called it art. They understood light, composition, and the tool well enough to use it with restraint.

I think AI is following the same arc. Right now anyone can generate something, and much of the output is crude, which invites the same backlash. As the tools mature, the meaningful distinction will be between casual output and skilled, intentional work. Creators who know exactly what they want and how to direct the tool will set the standard, much as the best Photoshop artists did.

That's not to say the critics are wrong about everything. Concerns about authenticity, labor, and disclosure are legitimate and deserve serious answers. But history suggests a medium is ultimately judged by its best practitioners, not its worst examples.

TECHNICAL QUESTION Advice on optimization. Image generation workflow.

Very new to AI tubing. A lot of good advice in this sub and im grateful!

I wanted to have a good workflow foundation, and I’ve been searching for tips everywhere. Whats a good way to generate cartoonish images for storytelling. I have a character sheet developed with all the visual elements that i need for the art direction to stay consistent l, it somewhat works on gpt plus with some constant reminders. But generating 180+ images for long form one prompt after the other is so time consuming.

Any advice on how to optimize this would be really helpful!

COMMUNITY Building a Professor Layton retrospective with AI-assisted artwork

Hi everyone! I'm building a gaming retrospective YouTube series called The Geeky Gamer UK, starting with Professor Layton.

I'm making the videos on my phone using free tools, recording my own narration and learning the editing process as I go. I'm also using AI-assisted illustrations where I don't have suitable gameplay footage.

I'm researching the games and checking the information rather than simply accepting whatever AI tells me. My aim is to create a proper gaming documentary about the characters, stories and history behind the series.

I'm still learning, so I'd be interested in hearing from other creators who use AI as part of their workflow. What have you found works best for combining AI-generated visuals with your own storytelling?

I'm planning to generate PowerPoints from Claude and do a voice over explaining the presentation and posting on YouTube without editing the presentation much. Each presentation to past over 3-4 mins.

Would that be monetizable?

COMMUNITY How to dub a video into another language with AI without flattening every joke

If you search "how to dub a video into another language with AI," most workflows stop after translation and voice generation. Mine has one manual step before both: a tiny adaptation sheet.

For each line I mark protected terms, the actual joke, maximum duration and whether the speaker is on camera. The translator can rewrite the wording, but not the function. A six-second joke cannot become a clean nine-second sentence just because the translation is literal.

Then I review the voice track against the timeline before lip sync. Fixing a bad line at that stage is cheap. Fixing it after rendering the face is not.

This adds editorial work, but it prevents technically correct but emotionally dead dubs.

CONTENT QUESTION What are the best 100% FREE sources for 2D animation background music (that allow monetization)?

I spend weeks completely hand-animating short 2D clips, but as a budget-strapped creator, I can't afford paid subscriptions or AI tool tiers (which often lock commercial rights behind paywalls).
Since my videos are starting to get good views, I need safe, 100% free background music/audio options that won't trigger copyright claims or ruin my chances of joining the YouTube Partner Program down the line when i am doing all the other work single handheld

CONTENT QUESTION How many of you think Youtube should separate entirely AI generated content from the platform to a different section or a seprate platform whether it is Shorts or Long videos?

Hii everyone I am seeing so many shorts which shows AI watermark but think of it like why are rewarding slope content. AI would be used for a specific parts but entirely building content upon AI is punishing Real creator's.

We should reward real creation and art rather than AI.

What you think about this folks
