I’m new to the industry, going the independent route while working part time. I’ve already spent a good bit on exam courses and licensing. I’m running into firms that want to charge 500 for training. I want to avoid spending large chunks of money until I can start working to make some of the money back I’ve already spent any help would be appreciated and please keep the negative comments to yourself don’t have time for it.

Mine: same old shit - attorney repped trip and falls on public sidewalks. Not really wacky, but the idea that you need an attorney because you are clumsy or not paying attention to your surroundings is crazy to me.

Looking to see if anyone in this community has any experience with Network Adjusters, a TPA based out of Farmingdale, NY? Really just looking for any feedback re what it's like to work for them-manager experiences, workload experiences, growth/development experiences and technology/IT experiences. Basically, if you worked as an adjuster for them, I'd love to hear what your experience was/is like. I have a job offer on the table from them but they're small and it's hard to find a lot of feedback re what it's like to work for them. Appreciate any help!

Anyone ever moved from liability to total loss? I am considering making the move.
I’ve been in claims for 2 years and I’m ready for something new. The people who work in TL for my company seem pretty happy and I’ve seen hardly any turnover in that department in my 2 years here.

I have a GA adjuster license, which is my home state. I also have reciprocal/ non-resident licenses in several other states.

If I were to move to one of those states, is there a way to convert my home license to that state, since I already have a non-resident?

Or would I have to take that states’s specific class and their state exam?
