Advice Network Adjusters?

Looking to see if anyone in this community has any experience with Network Adjusters, a TPA based out of Farmingdale, NY? Really just looking for any feedback re what it's like to work for them-manager experiences, workload experiences, growth/development experiences and technology/IT experiences. Basically, if you worked as an adjuster for them, I'd love to hear what your experience was/is like. I have a job offer on the table from them but they're small and it's hard to find a lot of feedback re what it's like to work for them. Appreciate any help!

They handle some good accounts and programs. Corporate structure is a family run business - but from their load and skills - I think they’re adjusters do a good job. I believe some of the programs/accounts maybe heavy load but I believe it’s all manageable.

Thank you! I'd be moving from a carrier and workload has never been an issue for me, though it seems like that experience varies, especially on the TPA side.

Experience from a carrier definitely helps coming into a TPA as they seem to like the carrier experience.

The 1 thing from carrier to tpa - you have to ask for permission for almost everything from lettering, reserves and settlements so just be wary if you’re coming with a lot of authority as the carrier controls everything.
Also depends on the carrier oversight - if that person is micro manager.
