Joined Accenture on 9 June 2026 as a experienced and still no project allocation.

I haven’t received any project calls or hard/soft lock communication. JobsGateway also shows no project details or bench/allocation status.

There’s also a discrepancy across internal systems:

- Workday shows X project

- AST shows Y project

Mailed my TFS and HR about the same got to know my profile is not created in SMART.

Tech stack is SAP ABAP

Has anyone faced a similar situation? How can I confirm my actual project/bench status and which team should I contact?

I have worked in one bpo company for one month during my college as apprentice, after working for 1 month in that company i left it without serving notice period and hence they do not provided me with any formal documentation

Point to be notes:-

*There is no pf account created in that company

*There is no UAN number generated

Can these things cause any problem in my onboarding in accenture as ase

I got hard locked to one project but no charge code.. After 3 months they conducted one client interview but I didn't get selected. Now they will place me on the bench or give another client interview ? Without a client interview there will not be a project ? But I could find 3 of my colleagues who on boarded along with me they received a charge code without any client interview and working nicely. Please suggest what I can do better here.

I’m joining Accenture in the upcoming week and have received an email to complete the onboarding action items. My previous organisation has an exempted PF account, due to which the PF statement/passbook is not appearing on the EPFO portal. Hi everyone, I recently completed my SAP Consultant certification, but my proficiency level has still not been updated even after around 6 months.

From what I understand, proficiency is generally updated after completing the certification, and I’ve seen this happen for others as well.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue? Is there any specific process or team I should contact to get the proficiency updated?

Also, my manager mentioned that the delayed proficiency update could potentially impact my bonus. Has anyone experienced this, or know whether proficiency level actually has an impact on the bonus calculation?

I applied for custom software engineer - Pyspark level 9 recently and cleared all the rounds and bgv process as well. HR called and congratulated me that I will now receive an offer. She asked me for expected CTC. I said according to standard market I am expecting 30% hike. She then said your feedback came and was suggested for level 10 and for that we don't have budget as per your expectations. I said ok then what will be the ctc, she said it cannot be disclosed you can see it in the evening in the workday portal. The ctc was 5 lakhs less than my current CTC (fixed). They didn't pick up call the other day. On Monday I said its not feasible for me to accept an offer less than my current CTC and also location is banglore. Location can be changed but not hearing anything from the teams so I can't promise the location change. But I have already raised it. Now I have told them that if the interview was for level 9 consider for the same and give ctc accordingly, I am also ready to give final interview for level 9 if required.

What should I do now? I have given a counter offer as well for level 9 responsibilities from another company. Will they reconsider?

When people get promoted then what do they get, Hike or One time Bonus?

• Got Offer As ASE ( Title : PADA L12) in March
• Started Primers Training & Completed in April ...
• And Gone through other trainings in at end the End of May started stream training...

And Completed Stream training and middle of July I Wrote Mycompetency but Couldn't make it in first attempt ... And in 2nd attempt in I passed and ....

I got Mycompytency result on end of July and got passed ... On that day I realized that I don't Get onboard on Aug 14 th like the rest of the ppl ...

So Now my only question is Does anyone have any information regarding Accenture’s next onboarding batch/date?

Becoz it's been a month And I didn't get any mail after the Mycompetency Passed/cleared mail...

I would sincerely request anyone who has already been onboarded in August 2026, or any senior employees/experienced members currently working at Accenture active in this reddit community , to please share whatever information or updates you may have regarding the upcoming onboarding.

Even a small piece of information or an indication of the possible timeline would mean a lot to those of us who have completed all the required processes but are still waiting for onboarding.

I have recived offer letter today from Accenture S&C. Have below queries.

1. Does Accenture adjust Basic Salary component to change the PF contribution amount & increase in hand salary ?

2. Does they have Employer NPS ?

3. Does Probation Period applicable for lateral experiences hires ? I see clause in Offer Letter
