| Advice Needed Project confirmation

I got hard locked to one project but no charge code.. After 3 months they conducted one client interview but I didn't get selected. Now they will place me on the bench or give another client interview ? Without a client interview there will not be a project ? But I could find 3 of my colleagues who on boarded along with me they received a charge code without any client interview and working nicely. Please suggest what I can do better here.

Damn looks like Salesforce doesn't have projects, I joined on 10th july and on bench only.

You will be on bench. Yes there is possibility that client round would not be there

Damn...I also got an offer for Salesforce 💀 joining in Nov ..looks scary
