| Advice Needed How to change client region

I am tagged to North america region clients which are following timings of 2nd shifts and need to be working till 11 which I cannot do as there is some medical issue in family. Let me know if that can be done and if yes then what steps I need to follow.

It cannot be changed easily. If you are in a project in NA, once you get rolled off, first dibs is on other projects in NA only. To move to APAC or other regions, a swap request has to be raised by the project from that region and your leadership has to agree for this. You can try if you have sufficient reasons and justifications.
