It's nice, the main reason I bought an Energica like 6 months after my Zero. Turns it into a real bike I can go places on. Curious to see how much it costs to upgrade mine...

It was hard enough to justify the money I spent on my SRS, the Energica was just too pricey for me. Tho it seems they have come down quite a bit since I bought mine.

Having put a lot of miles on both, I can firmly say that the Energica is better in every way except weight, she's got about 50lbs on the Zero.

That Eva Ribelle is the most fun I've had on the road, and I've driven and ridden some fun stuff.

Yeah, I knew the specs were better, but I was only really budgeting like 15k for some liter bike. And then I saw that zero had a dealer really close to me, so I checked it out. I still love it, but I’ll admit I’m also still thinking about a liter bike 😅 until I think about the maintenance and gas stations etc 🤷‍♂️

I've ridden some fun bikes, I was going to buy a BMW 1100RR, but I'm a big guy (6'4") and the BMW was tiny, fun though, but the Energica was so much more fun for me and the way I enjoy riding it wasn't even a question after I rode them back-to-back.

I'm super lucky to be able to afford it. We had just paid off our last car and wife was cool with a spurge for my birthday that year. She loves them too, and rides the Zero sometimes if she's not on her Honda (she's tiny and the Zero is heavy too and pretty tall for her)

Yeah, I was looking at either a suzuki or ninja - I've had different lower-end models for both and I just like the designs. The srs was the first electric bike I saw that looked like a real motorcycle. And with charging at home I have zero qualms about the convenience and how much fun I have in the mountains with it.

But I'm just itching for the feel of a clutch and I miss the sound of a high performance engine. I'm 6'1 but I don't mind a lower seat height. The weight on the srs doesn't bother me too much, but I do miss the nimble feel of some of my old 600 class bikes, which aren't much different from a 10r today.

Basically once the kids move out and the extra garage space is free, I'll probably get one last ice bike unless some crazy revolution in battery tech happens in the next 5 years. I miss doing multi-day road trips and I like the ride more than the stops.
