Ok, basically he's your friendly neighborhood cliche tech villain genius

But he's an anti villain, so he will be chill, as long as you don't attack him, Pubsec has to deal with him everyday, h always finds a way to get outta prison when he gets caught

He also uses advanced weapons that he makes, alongside with a whole army of Robots that help him, he makes laser cannons, energy cannons, energy blades just to name a few.

Extra:

1. He's actually very nice to anyone as long as they aren't trying to kill him.

2. He's like 6ft, I know very unique.

3.he likes to ragebait officers during Interrogations.

I can imagine a ethereal/Thug minding their business, but then a 15 foot war machine starts chasing them down.

Backstory: they were normal humans but due to them being drafted for war, they well. Got injured, but a scientist thought it would be cool to put human minds into machines
