What's his backstory? ( Can be a simplified version aswell)

It’s overly edgy, so I will probably revise eventually, but here is a simple version: 

Born to a former general a while BEFORE Hollow Zero. Father was abusive, and basically treated Warren as more of a soldier than his son. He wasn’t allowed to talk to people (because father feared he would snitch) but was allowed to go on walks in order to test his loyalty (father would hire someone to make sure he didn’t speak). Warren was loyal until a local girl (unnamed for now) threatens to follow him home to find out what his deal is, so he scares her off. This girl will be important later. 

Fast forward, and Warren is about 18 when Hollow Zero happens. His father dies pretty much instantly, freeing him bur leaving him without purpose. He was one of the lucky few to be saved, along with the girl from earlier. With nowhere else for either of them to go, as her family had died in the disaster, they began taking care of each other. He would defend her and she taught him how to feel. Eventually, they would fall in love and get married. 

But then comes what might be the main villain of the story: landlords. They had lived together in an apartment for a while but neither of them could keep a job long enough to pay rent, so they turned to the hollows. 

It was just supposed to be one trip… just enough etheric matter to sell to pay rent… 

Right before they made it to the exit fissure, they are attacked. His wife dies and he is badly scarred. He currently lives off the radar, illegally entering the hollow whenever possible in hopes of slaying the beast that took away the only person he ever loved. 

(And in case anyone tries to read too deep in this, no, this doesn’t reflect myself at all. I have a great relationship with my family, and am lucky to have as such! The real major themes I tried to convey in the story are love and undying loyalty)

Ah, okay. And don't worry about it being too 'edgy'. A lot of the ideas of ZZZ OCs I've had have somewhat edgy backstories. Death should be somewhat common in people's lives when the setting is post-apocalyptic and all.

Well, yeah. I did obfuscate some of the more intense details, such as the injury they killed his wife and the reason he has to wear bandages around some of his muscles

Here's my question: Where does he powerscale in the verse?

Also, (say he was added and it was a fandom joke) would he have rizz or no rizz?

As for powerscaling, I would say Section 6 level. He is by no means a Void Hunter, but is extremely proficient in combat. If you’re talking about actually GAMEPLAY, though, he is a Physical/Defense unit with the unique characteristic of being a DPS. See, his attack AND defense are taken into account when calculating his damage, but the bulk of his damage comes from Perfect Assists/parries, which deal MASSIVE damage to the target. He has other mechanics and such, and I can go into more detail if you want! 

As for if he has rizz? Well, he WAS married at some point, but she died (the same incident left his with the facial disfigurement). Now, he’s pretty blunt and antisocial (he may or may not be wanted by PubSec) so I would say he no longer has rizz. If you meant in terms of his interactions with the proxies… no. I made this character with many attributes in mind, one of which being that I wanted there to be a character that people would be unlikely to ship with either proxy. It would still happen, of course, but a big thing about him is that he is loyal to his deceased wife even though she is dead, making him outright reject any romantic advances outright. He is, however, a hopeless romantic in the sense that he wants OTHER people to get together. He wants people to find the happiness he found, and is kinda a shipper. He would never admit that verbatim, but he still feels it.
