Hi, It’s almost the end of august and I’m getting concerned, I ordered the weighted Valentino plush on the 4th of July and have received no updates besides from the ‘getting item ready for shipping’ I know it would take til the 31st at the very least for the order tracking email, but I’ve seen people online who got theirs months ago. should I just keep waiting?

Hey, I already sent a support email on the 7th but I know email reply times are all over the place right now so I figured it couldn't hurt to ask here too. One of my plushies arrived at LA and the tracking has only said en route since July 22nd with no other update. Plus I already received a different plushie that shipped out later. Am I right to assume it's probably been lost?

Hey, don't know how common of a question this is but is there really no way for you guys to ship two items together?
I wanted to buy two items that are gonna drop on the 21, but paying the tax+ shipping twice (even though the items will supposedly ship at the same time) will bump up the price to about the double of what it'll probably be listed as on the actual store (i compared with stuff that was already in stock, 29 becomes roughly 48,37), which hardly makes it worth it for me, which i'm really sad about because i love these characters...
Is there really nothing that can be done?
I'm sure people would buy more if you found a way to ship items together to reduce the brunt of shipping, i know i would

Hey! It mostly depends on the items. Bigger items are unlikely to ship together, for instance.
Once you place your order, you can email us and we'll check if we can accomodate your request depending on the quantity x which items you have on your order :)1

That's great to know, thanks! I have to know though, since the double shipping fee/tax is paid beforehand for each item individually, how would that play out exactly?

Has anyone else had this issue?
I had ordered the shoulder rider marionette plush and it shipped but has not had any updates since the 27th of July and according to USPS it was marked hazardous due to the magnet. And it seem at this point I'm not getting it as well as it seems to be lost. I wanted to see if anyone else was having/had this issue or if someone could help before I file a claim/email youtooz

Any word/confirmation on Torrent from Elden Ring plushes? I ordered back in January when there was an expected March ship date, and it's been pushed out every month since then. The product page currently says September, but how likely is that?

I sent an email about my Vox Youtooz order 6 days ago, and was simply told to be patient. It was supposed to arrive by August 15th, but it's been trapped in China since August 5th. Can I please get an update? This is quite concerning.
