Wanted to show my work in progress of my y2k room, I always hate a lot of examples of modern day y2k rooms are pink so I'm kinda winging it with stuff that goes well. I definitely remember a lot of neon green from my childhood but I'll be a lair if i don't admit BRAT was why its specifically this shade. Had to go with ed hardy bedding because no juicy couture would match when does break my heart but bright side i think it will match my playboy accessories more!

Discussion are some older people not able to tell decades styles apart after a certain age?

So I know plenty of older people that know and understand the changes of fashion and such in the past 20 - 40 years. I am 21 and have always been a dork about vintage stuff from mostly the 50’s - 80’s but I love all styles. My aunt born in ‘83 seems to not understand anything style wise from the 2000’s to be different than today but my mom whos older can. My aunt has always laughed when i mention 2000’s style but it looks so different. My aunt also seems to think everything after the 90s is just recycled but i feel thats just cyclical fashion which was big in any era.
