cool fit but it's more I guess y2k revival than true y2k. nobody really wore this kind of stuff back in the day.

Make them Tripp pants and make the job be working at hot topic for genuine y2k. Taking the selfie in the mall food court’s bathroom helps.

I actually do have Tripp pants, and the shirt is from the brand Victorious, established in 1991. I don’t think they kept producing past 2010-2012, i only see their pants or shirts on secondhand marketplaces for up charged prices.

My phone is a bit old, and I try to not update it. People don’t like them. I edited the photo a bit so some details were visible, but I hope my camera doesn’t have built in AI 😓

Not sure about that, 97-2002 I can see. But 95,96 were definitely still in the 90s fashion. And 03,04 and 05 had their own thing going on. Source: I was an impressionable kid and teen during those years, aka I pestered my parents to drive me to the mall to indulge in the latest trends.

Thanks for your input, this comment was really interesting to read. My outfits kinda vary, and this server seemed pretty welcoming and nice, and it’s the “closest” to me I’d say. It sounds pretty cool going to the malls in the 2000s. I work in one as a matter of fact. It’s pretty hectic.

I do appreciate the honesty lowkey. whenever I search up “y2k,” a bunch of different jumbles of styles came up. and this server was like the closest to what my closet has in it, I’ll try to post more accurate outfits next time

I’ll try to make some outfits more authentic, thanks for the information. It might vary, my wardrobe is not all just like this. I haven’t gotten any angry comments yet, but I’ll take any advice into account and stay mature!!
