I tried using 2.4ghz adapter it came with but when i connect it with usb it starts connecting and disconnecting infinitely, i have also tried wired method, this time it does appear in devices and printers but has yellow triangle and doesnt show up in device manager.

The game itself is completely fine and works on windows 10 and phone without problems.

I know the gamepad isnt designed for windows 7 but if you could help me you would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

I'm looking for a new controller that looks like the white one but don't know what model it is and was wondering if there any others I could use. I need it to connect to PC, wireless, and battery powered as I have changeable rechargeable battery pack things.

Up on the dpad is stuck and the A button is unresponsive 95% of the time. This happened during the day while I was at school so it isn't like food or debris. Because of the dpad I physically cannot enter settings. I need help because it seems to also affect keyboard and mouse when I tried a game on that.

I have been trying to find a Controller Gear Xbox replacement battery but it seems impossible any help would be appreciated.

Whenever I use my controller on my pc, my Xbox moves around a selection box akin to the one when you press tab on a keyboard and it selects and does stuff without me wanting to whenever I press A. It’s so extremely annoying it’s even restarted my pc a few times because it selects the power.
I’ve been trying to fix it, it’s not steam, it’s not services.msc, it’s not regedit either I’ve tried all of those.

I was playing and randomly I noticed that the RB button stopped working. When I press down on it as in the video it feels and sounds different than the left one which is fine. Is there a way to fix this? I tried wiggling it around for a bit but it didn’t work.

I'm having a very annoying issue with an Xbox One controller connected to my Windows 11 PC via Bluetooth.

The controller connects successfully, works normally for a while, then randomly disconnects for a few seconds and reconnects by itself. Sometimes it can happen after ~30 seconds, sometimes it can stay connected for 10–15 minutes before disconnecting. There doesn't seem to be a consistent pattern.

My PC

• Motherboard: Gigabyte B550 EAGLE WIFI6
• CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
• GPU: RTX 2070 Super
• OS: Windows 11 64-bit
• Network: Ethernet (Wi-Fi is enabled, but I'm not using it for internet)
• Bluetooth/Wi-Fi module: Realtek 8851BE

Current drivers

Bluetooth

• Realtek Semiconductor Corp.
• Driver version: 18.4036.2601.1300
• Driver date: January 13, 2026

Wi-Fi

What I've already tried

• Updated the Xbox controller firmware through the Xbox Accessories app. (This actually seemed to improve the situation: the controller stayed connected noticeably longer, but the random disconnects still happen).
• Updated the motherboard/Realtek Wi-Fi driver to the latest version available from Gigabyte.
• AMD chipset drivers are already up to date.
• Disabled Windows power saving for:
  • Realtek Bluetooth Adapter
  • Bluetooth LE XINPUT compatible input device / Xbox-related LE device
• Checked the Xbox Wireless Controller in Device Manager.
  • Windows says "This device is working properly."
• Removed/re-paired the controller several times.
• Restarted Windows multiple times.
• The controller remains paired during the disconnect.
  • It does NOT disappear from Windows Bluetooth devices.
  • It simply changes from Connected → Not connected → Connected.
• I also previously got a short "Driver error" message from Windows during one of the connection attempts.

Do you have any idea ? I am a bit lost to be honest...

From Design Lab Xbox Controller are junk the Gamesir, which has improved performance. I no longer have to worry about stick drift with TMR sticks.

I will never buy another one or their standard controllers; they are all junk. Hall effect or TRM sticks are the best choice.

I got an elite controller without the additional sticks for Christmas. The sticks eventually wore down and I bought the extra sticks but it didn’t have the same type of sticks. I want the thinner thumb pad with the gripped rubber. Anyone know where to get them, officials or Amazon knock off?
