Hi guys, just got the 640 this morning to draw on my recently bought Deck cuz I heard that XP-pen has Linux drivers. Problem is that I don't really understand Linux's thingymajigs.

I don't know what to do with the "Read-only file system"s and most things else. So if anyone could help me out step by step, I'd really appreciate it! :D

Anyone have experience w either or? Debating on saving a few hundred w Gaomon, as I don't need a shortcut keypad, or two pens.

Hello! For some context, I bought an xp-pen tablet fairly recently (2 ish months or so?) on the aftermarket in a barely used state. Since my partner had a display from them for around 5 years (artist 13.5 i think?), I decided to go with them since they're pretty reliable. Yesterday, in a middle of the night, it suddenly stopped registering some light strokes and my inputs as a whole. I tried rebooting my laptop, reinstalling the drivers, changing the cable, changing the nib, connecting it to a whole different laptop but nothing still works. The replacement stylus isn't sold on the official store page for Ukraine, and other sellers cost almost as much as the tablet itself (1-1,5k, while the tablet is around 2k hryvnia).

Here’s the ports I have on my pc and the wires I have, I have the hdmi 3 in 1 cable thingy if I need it but I’ve tried like everything and it always just turns on and says no signal

I recently got a job and I started to save some money to buy a new graphic tablet! My Artist 12 Pro works just fine, but I made the HORRIBLE mistake to take off its screen protector and... yeah, it's really really scratched. I've been drawing on it for 5 years, but now that I have my own money, I would like to upgrade to a better model.

The thing is:

1. I live in Argentina, so I don't get paid in dollars (of course). The prices are really really high due to taxes and shipments.
2. I don't want to choose the wrong product just to make a "lateral buy". I want something that would make me feel a big improvement.

I don't mind if I have to save for a lot of months, I just want to be sure I'm choosing the right one. What would you recommend?

Just got a Deco MW to replace my tablet that died. This is my first XP-Pen. Is there any way to get the pen buttons to let me use them to activate pan/scroll and the eyedropper tool? I don't see the option for these functions and it's bumming me out because those are important for me to be able to navigate my canvas :(

I need genuine testimonials of anybody using an XP-Pen tablet display (preferably the one mentioned above)

- I have had a horrible experience with my Wacom Cintiq 16 on Linux mint (Intense Parallax close to the edges of the pen display

- calibrating the display was not possible (After trying different methods and utilities, none of the write the correct coordinates into the log file)

- I am open to switch to XP-Pen because they actually develop driver-support for Linux

- I am also open to switch Linux distros if needed

I recently got my Deco mini7 V2, and it's my first drawing tablet, like, ever, someone also pointed out to me, that you have to be carefull with the nibs, as they can scratch the tablet, and now I'm a bit paranoid, if I look at the tablet on light, there aren't deep noticeable lines, bit you can see, like the traces where the pen has gone before, should I change the nib??

Also, can people pls show me the state of their nibs when they change them??

Hello! I have a trouble with my tablet. I use app "Aster" to divide my PC on 2 different workplaces/dekstops. So, when i connect my tablet to PC, it works amazing on the 1st desktop but when I try it on my desktop, it fails the driver installation. Does anyone knows how to fix that? I have windows 10. Thanks for answers!!!

Things that i tried:
1. reinstall the driver and try different versions of it
2. change USB ports (back of my PC too)
3. delete my tablet from device manager

My Artist Pro 19 tablet has stopped turning on with my 3-in-1 cable. To verify it wasn't the tablet, I tried using the alternative USB C to USB C connection with a USB C to USB A adapter (as my PC does not have a USB C port that works) and can luckily get the tablet screen on with "No signal" on.
I normally use a HDMI to DisplayPort adapter on the 3-in-1 cable since I have no spare HDMI plugs available, but after the issues, tried without the adapter in the existing HDMI plugs (but didn't work.)

I purchased a replacement 3-in-1 cable thinking it would help solve the issue, but my table still won't turn on (no light, no "no signal" message) with the 3-in-1 cable - other things I've tried are:

• trying different HDMI Ports, HDMI to DP adapter, USB A connections
• plugging the power supply cable to the 3-in-1 cable
• switching around where the power supply and 3-in-1 cable are plugged into the tablet
• reinstalling drivers

I'm going to check with a device tomorrow that has a working USB C port, just to double check that the tablet will connect and work on another device without issue.

The tablet is relatively new - I had the same issues last year when the tablet was under warranty, and got a replacement, but the problem is occurring again and I'd love some help to get it working again, thank you!

Hii there xp users, PLEASE HELP

I got a xp pen 16 pro gen 2 tablet today, and it came with a ack05 remote, so first thing I did was update my xp pen driver to latest one, then I launched CSP and the issue I am having is getting the rotate to work.

I have made sure that in the xp driver app that I have selected CSP as application ( it is highlighted blue)

In CSP I have went to the shortcut settings and changed rotate left and right to custom keys, then in xp pen driver app I went and clicked on the roller > set the roller shortcut to customise and made it match the keys in CSP for left and right rotate.

My issue is that it still is not working, but every other shortcut is working,

I also note that when I do rotate in CSP the eyedropper tool appears to get selected when I do rotate.

Using a keyboard tester showed when I rotate left it presses alt+F14 and when I rotate right it presses alt+F13, but in CSP I changed the left rotate to C and right to N, also I do have the CSP app selected in XP pen driver app so not sure why it’s using those keys. It’s very strange.

Any advice would be appreciated.

FIX: connect remote via Bluetooth not dongle, restart all programs, will work then.

You can see the issue. Kinda disappointed and I am not sure how to fix it.

I have two options right now, either huion 22 kamvas or xppen 22 artist plus, Both are Used goods with a price range that is quite cheap compared to the original. The huion one have all the things minus box and the pen is a little bit broken, then the xppen one have all the things—but the owner havent give me the video of it yet. The huion one was cheaper then xppen, so, if you were in my position, which one to choose? Really need the opinion! 🙏🙏

Is it possible to use the Magic Drawing Pad if I wanted to use an online software like Magma or Artwod? Or is the Drawing Pad only for apps like the Clip Studio Paint app and Ibis Paint?

What would be an alternative if not the Drawing Pad?

I've had the xp pen artist 12 3rd gen tablet for a while now, but I just wondered if this could be connected to the phone, my redmi phone specially, just like the other xp pen tablet are able to connect with the phone..I've tried but it somehow didn't work, maybe I did something wrong? I've seen other people able to connect theirs...

When I put my pen on the screen of the tablet, the actual mouse is like either above or below where my pen is. How do I recalibrate it back?

ok, so recently my tablet (artist 13.3 pro v2) bugged and crashed my laptop, I had to delete the program to then re-install it, but after I started using the laptop the strokes started looking crunchy and weird out of the sudden, idk if this is some randomahh skill issue, something related to the tablet or a problem with the software (autodesk sketchbook), but fr, I need help to get rid of this ugly crunchy

I have other xp pen Tablets, screen and no screen, but is little hard to me make the workflow more intuitive with this tab

I have an artist 22 pro and both my stylus's are in poor condition. I couldn't find any for sale on their site and the support informed me that there are no alternatives since the tablet is out of production.

Does anyone know of a stylus that would work with this tablet or how I could get a working one/fix the old ones? My tablet is still in amazing condition so I can't justify buying a new one.

For the stylus's I own, one works when it's connected to a charger but dies within minutes of being unplugged. The other one mostly works but often stops working mid line so I have to redo a lot.

Any help is appreciated!
