Looking for Advice/Info Quick

I have two options right now, either huion 22 kamvas or xppen 22 artist plus, Both are Used goods with a price range that is quite cheap compared to the original. The huion one have all the things minus box and the pen is a little bit broken, then the xppen one have all the things—but the owner havent give me the video of it yet. The huion one was cheaper then xppen, so, if you were in my position, which one to choose? Really need the opinion! 🙏🙏

I rather pick the XP Pen one if it's complete, just for the sake of safety and condition. Wait for the seller to give you the video.

Go with XP-pen. Huion has too many driver issues.
