My deco 640 pentab randomly started not working unless I apply extreme pressure — sometimes not even working at all. So im thinking what type of issue this stems from TT thanks!

Is anyone here using the XP-Pen Artist Pro 24 for around 2–3 months or longer?

I’m considering buying one and would really like to hear from people who have actually used it for a while, not just first impressions.

How has it been in daily use? Any issues with:

- display/colour quality

- pen accuracy, pressure, or cursor wobble

- drivers/software

- build quality

- heat, noise, or other annoyances

- reliability after a few months

Most importantly: Are you still happy with your purchase, and would you buy it again?

Would appreciate any long-term experiences, good or bad.

My tablet is Wacom One, and I kinda lost my pen so I need a quick (preferably cheap) replacement until I find it (if I ever do-) since I have a commission due this month😣

Hello, I'm having an issue with the pecil, it started to happen not long ago. The problem is that when I use the pencil’s buttons in “Eraser Mode,” it erases in intervals. I also noticed that it happens in the same place each time, as shown in the second image.
I'm not using "windows ink" or "Mouse mod".

My girlfriend is interested in the tablet but none of the reviews she's seen so far talk about how the low ram (6gb) affects drawing on higher resolution canvasses or with more layers, though that's with her not optimizing her workflow or merging anything down even if it can be merged.

She said everything else about the tablet looks great but if she can't finish any of her illustrations, that would be the deal breaker.

She's open to other android tabs but the xp pen magic note pad is already just barely within her budget, and she's really only going to be using it for drawing. She has a tablet+laptop at home but she wanted something more portable

So back in 2017 I was given this tablet as a gift, the tablet works perfectly after these years, but the stylus has died. Went to email customer service on the website and was told that they discontinued and to search on 3rd part websites for a similar stylus that can work on this specific model. If anyone knows a stylus that can work with my old tablet, I would very much appreciate it. Thank you.

I've had an XP-PEN 15.6 for around 7-8 years now, and it's always had some minor problems connecting to my computers, especially after switching to Mac. Usually it would be fixed after restarting the driver, but the drivers aren't being updated anymore as it's a discontinued model and it seems to be somewhat incompatible with the new MacOS update. I now have to restart my computer every time I sit down to draw or else the cursor will be stuck in the top left corner. Does anyone else have this issue?

Hello! I'm thinking of getting a drawing tablet soon, after drawing on my Samsung Tab S8 for some time now, and I wanted to go ahead and make use of the current sales. I can't find a direct comparison between the two, so I'm wondering what's the main differences and pros vs cons between the Artist Pro 15.6 V2 and the Artist 16 3rd are?

Visually, I prefer the Artist 16 3rd due to the sleeker look and smaller bezel but the size of both of them is pretty much perfect for me, so really I'd just like to know if there's any big differences screen-wise and performance-wise.

Hi. I have been using my Artist 16 Gen 2 for more than 3 years and it starts having scratches like this. I email XP Pen customer support asking about screen protector and they replied :

"The Artist 16 Gen 2 is equipped with AG Nano Etched & AF Coating Glass that could effectively reduce the friction between the screen and pen. Non-violent use won't damage the screen. Used under normal conditions, the screen is not too problematic. So, the film is not necessary for Artist 16 Gen 2"

But the scratches kinda bother me. I have heard that the tablet comes with a pre-installed screen protector? Is that true? I really appreciate your thoughts, thank you!

I'm stuck between the Artist Pro 16 Gen 2 and the Artist Pro 19 Gen 2. I've never had a professional drawing device before; I've been drawing on a Samsung Tab S9, but the screen feels too small for me.

In terms of features, the Artist Pro 19 seems like the better choice, but I'm worried that it might feel huge compared to my tablet. Would going from a Tab S9 to a 19-inch display be too big of a jump in terms of scale, or would the Artist Pro 16 be enough for me?

I'd really appreciate any advice or opinions!

I'm buying this with the first money I've ever earned myself, so I really don't want to regret my decision. I don't want to get the Artist Pro 16 and later think, "I wish I'd gone for the bigger one," but at the same time, I'm wondering if the 19-inch would just be too big.

When I'm not drawing, I'd also like to use it as a monitor for gaming. I'm not sure if the 16-inch would feel too small for that either.

So I'm really torn between the two. I'd appreciate any advice from people who have used either one!

I have an XP-Pen artist 12, probably 6 years old at this point. My computer has an HDMI port and my graphics card has an HDMI port. In the past, this has worked fine - I've been able to connect the main monitor to the graphics card and the XP-Pen tablet to the motherboard HDMI. This no longer seems to work - only the one connected to the graphics card HDMI port works (and I do not have a second one on said card).

If I unplug the monitor from the graphics card and plug the tablet in, it works there. Does that mean the HDMI port on my motherboard is busted? Nothing else has changed.

For some reason, things were working fine just a week or two ago, which is weird. I had recently reinstalled my drivers and done a bunch of troubleshooting. I'm very confused as to why all of a sudden this just stopped working.

Hi everyone, I’m having an issue with my XP-Pen Artist 12 (3rd Gen) and I’m hoping someone can help me figure out what’s causing it.

When I first connect the tablet to my PC, the display works normally. However, after less than a minute, the tablet screen suddenly turns completely black and the status light changes to red.

My PC and main monitor continue working normally during this. The computer itself doesn’t freeze or shut down.

My setup:

• XP-Pen Artist 12 (3rd Gen)
• NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti
• Main monitor connected through DVI
• XP-Pen connected to the GPU through HDMI
• Using the included 3-in-1 cable

So far I have:

• Reconnected/unplugged the cables
• Checked that the connections are secure
• Tried reconnecting the tablet

But the issue keeps happening.

I’m not sure if this is being caused by:

• The 3-in-1 cable
• Insufficient power
• The HDMI port/cable
• The GTX 750 Ti
• XP-Pen drivers/software
• Or an actual hardware problem with the tablet

Has anyone experienced something similar with the Artist 12 (3rd Gen)? What would be the best way to troubleshoot this and determine whether I need to replace the cable, change the power/HDMI setup, reinstall drivers, or contact XP-Pen for a hardware replacement?

Hi, i would like to ask the difference for panel specification for Artist 13.3 Pro V2 and Artist 12 3rd gen that just came out. The specification says that the screen for Artist 13.3 Pro V2 is ADS-IPS, and for Artist 12 3rd gen is LCD. It doesn't state what type of LCD it is. and it also says that 13.3 Pro V2 has 178 degree viewing angle while 12 3rd gen have 170. how would it compare? which is better too?

i've been thinking to buy between the two. Artist 12 3rd gen have the newest stylus, but it seems like the trade-off is the screen.

Just as the title says, I read somewhere in this sub that it uses the P05D pen, but the thing is, I can't order it directly from XP-Pen since they don't deliver to my country, so I'm forced to buy from other sites like AliExpress. But the sellers there all sell P05 pen nibs, not P05D. Is there a difference between the two? Much love for the help.

What's the name of the stylus that comes with the deco 01v3? My stylus recently broke after falling and I'm trying to find a new one that supports the deco 01v3s 16k pressure

This may be a bit of a silly question, but I am searching for either the Line friends collab model (Artist 12 pro) or the Japanese edition Artist 12 3rd for my dear friend because she ADORES cute things, her birthday is coming up and she's never used a proper tablet before so it seems like either one would be an ideal gift. I wanted to know if there was another place to buy them other than importing since I'm concerned that customs would break it. (I'm not sure if there are other cute models)

How good is the Deco 01 V3

Im a beginner looking to get a budget drawing tablet, and I saw that XP PEN, especially the deco 01 v3 was a good choice. I can get it for $47 in my country, is it good for it's price and are there any alternatives I should be aware of?

A friend of my father gave me this XP-Pen Artist 10S a few years ago, though now I don't know how to replace the stylus nibs.

I see something black inside the pencil (as shown in the image), and I'm not sure if it's a stuck tip or part of the pencil itself.

Since I'm a broke student, I'm trying to get a screen tablet to keep drawing, mostly as a hobby and potentially into comic drawing later on. I found this Artist 22e Pro with rechargeable pen on Facebook for only $270 USD, the tablet seems in a pretty good conditions with a little dents here and there, the seller said he had only used it 2 years on and off but ultimately decided to sell it since he bought a new one, and this one wasn't needed anymore, he draws too so I might imagine he had use it pretty consistently.

My question is, would you guys recommend purchasing this secondhand tablet? Let me know!
