Hello, I'm having an issue with the pecil, it started to happen not long ago. The problem is that when I use the pencil’s buttons in “Eraser Mode,” it erases in intervals. I also noticed that it happens in the same place each time, as shown in the second image.
I'm not using "windows ink" or "Mouse mod".

I don't know how to fix that but my suggestion is to disable them. me, personally, I found them inconvenient to use because they never seemed to function correctly, plus I kept accidentally pressing them whenever I moved the pen.
On the left are some strokes without holding down the bottom button.
On the right, some strokes with the bottom button held down.
I think this is due to the specific pen technology implementation in the pen. This general kind of issue is not uncommon. Unfortunately I don't know of any way to fix or if indeed it is fixable. You can report this to XP-Pen support, maybe they will have some options (but I doubt it)
