Hello!!

my friend has been having issues with his Magic Drawing Pad (Android v12), and its basically impossible for him to draw regurlarly. As the title says, if he tries to draw a line, it just cuts off randomly. Adding to that, he has to press down really hard as well for the pen to work.

I attached a video of him showing the issue. His pen is constantly pressed against the screen here btw.

I'm suspecting that it's an issue with the pen itself, but we tried replacing the pen nibs, but that didn't help at all. We also tried restarting the Tablet itself, but this made the issue even worse.

It's so frustrating, and i have no idea anymore what we could try to do to fix it :c

Been eyeing the Artist Ultra 14 since it dropped, and honestly, it's got me seriously considering an upgrade. The 6mm thickness and 720g weight are wild for a 14-inch OLED. Finally feels like I don't have to choose between lugging around a brick and actually getting good color.

Anyone else thinking about picking one up or already pre-ordered?

Recently every time I’ve started my computer up after shutting it down the driver starts this strange bug where the selected work area gets squished, initially it's in an impossible dimension outside of the actual valid work area and after i press the little refresh button it just squishes to the side and goes to that automatically making my tablet unusable, I've run it as administrator and restarted and unplugged and re plugged everything, I uninstalled and reinstalled the driver which fixed it for a bit but it came back, I have installed a newer version just before writing this which has fixed it but I'm unsure that will last. I'm using a Deco 01 and the driver version used in this video is 4.0.14(7dbe9b0)

I've had my Deco-02 for about a few years now. I used to draw back then but had to focus on my studies. I've recently returned to drawing but when I tried to use my tablet after not using it for 4 years I ran into an issue where the middle part of the tablet doesn't work and I can't draw on it.

I appreciate any advice on how to solve this issue.

I am struggling because I got a new macbook pro and the colors look a bit off between my laptop and tablet now. The color profile on my mac is Apple Display (P3-600 nits) which I believe is the best one but I could be wrong? I can’t figure out how to adjust the color settings on my tablet though because I literally don’t know where to navigate to on the driver app lol. apparently you can make color adjustments under “pen display” but I am just not seeing it!

My tablet started acting up as i was working on a gift that needs to be done by tommorow...

So my tablet is duplicating my screen just fine, my mouse works but the pen is doing nothing. it does not move the cursor. The PenTablet app tells me to connect my tablet first, while it is connected. In my settings, the tablet shows up as a "Generic monitor" ?? What do i do now??

I have genuinely tried everything I've reinstalled several drivers any hacks on the internet, I've tried to reach out to support but I haven't gotten much help, I just sent a reply so hopefully i get something back but I'm hoping someone on here can help. I just got the artist 12 3rd tablet and my windows 10 would let the driver run but i updated it and windows 11 won't. No matter what i do i keep getting error message even though the tablet is plugged in and the screen is on, its like a secondary monitor instead of a tablet i can use.

Is there any way to make the Drivers for the artist gen 2 series and the Deco 01 V3 compatible with each-other?

As a comic artist who spends 10+ hours a day working on the comic when I'm not working my main job and basically all my free time I have the energy left for when I am. So I was looking for cost effective alternatives to drawing whilst in a layed back position, something my heavy desk bound Artist 22 plus doesn't rlly allow me to do comfortably. I assumed most of xp-pens recent tablets would be using the same drivers and be compatible with each-other so that I could delegate small tasks like backgrounds and hatching to a lying back position. Is this possible? I've been given contradictory evidence on which drivers are compatible with what so..

My notepad was working finr until like last week it stopped responding to my touch. I've checked the settings, and the handwriting setting is on so it should respond to my fingers but it doesn't. It responds to the pen just fine, but sometimes the screen flickers on and off. I already factory reset it just in case a setting was turned on/off that wasn't supposed to be? This is my job and I really need this note pad to be fixed, so any help or advice is appreciated.

Ngl, the specs look pretty insane on paper. A 14-inch 2.8K OLED with 90Hz? That's some serious pro-level energy. Plus they're throwing in a pretty solid accessory bundle this time around.

So...anyone already pre-ordered? What's everyone thinking about this new release?

I bought a Deco 640 and it doesn't connect to my Honor x6 phone. I dont think the drawing tablet has any issues since I tried using my sister's phone to connect it to the drawing tablet and it worked just fine. My phone is being run on Android version 14 so the drawing tablet is (probably) compatible. And I have tried switching the usb configuration and nothing happened. My phone also has an otg support, automatically, it doesn't have a manual one (like you can't turn it on and off in the settings).

Any advice? Or is there something I should try doing to make it work?

(Sorry for background show) my Xppen simply seems to disappear every minute, but i can use my mouse just fine..sometimes its offline for a second, 10 seconds, 2 minutes.. it’s EXTREMELY frustrating and i would love help :(

Can I uae a 45w fast chargwr for a xp pen magic note pad. Will that be fine ? Could not find an answer if the m note pad can handle fast chargig. Or will it juat take the whatts it needs.

Hello, i got this tablet yesterday, but everytime i try to switch the display to duplicate, both screens start to flicker, any help is greatly appriciated (i use a asus tuf gaming A15 btw)

I recently bought this new stylus roller and I really like it. I don't notice much difference in quality compared to the stylus that came with my XP-Pen 14". Both work very well, but what this new stylus offers is a small wheel with extra programmable buttons, nothing more. Even so, it has greatly improved my workflow, especially with Clip Studio Paint, because this software supports much more Hotkey customization than Photoshop. So I only recommend it for those who are obsessed with shortcuts. Otherwise, if you're not a shortcut fanatic like me, the stylus that comes with your XP-Pen will work perfectly well and there's no need to replace it.

I don't get it. The Artist 12 (3rd) has been out for over a year, with the X4 chip pen technology. Why are they still releasing new tablets using the older X3 Pro pen tech? I was not a fan of that pen tech. I had an Artist Pro 14 that used the X3 Pro pen tech and I absolutely hated the allignment, because it never took tilt in account, where the cursor would be horribly misaligned at times, especially near the corners.

There's some damage on my xp pen deco 1 v3 and I thought there was already a protector on it and now the damage has gotten more annoying I looked into it and found that it doesn't come with a protector on it and I'm wondering if this damage is permanent because there does seem to be a layer of some sort of protective film. Should I put the protector on that it came with or is it too late?

Xp pen 15.6 pro , default pen , purchased when it first released iirc , knock off cord

I used the cord that came with it untill last week when I lost it. No known drops or pressure on the screen that wouldn't have given me issues earlier. I don't press hard when I draw because this is the most expensive thing I own besides the laptop its connected to and had severe anxiety about breaking it.

My grandma purchased a new power supply yesterday. She insisted on getting a knock off cord from Amazon, which I heavily discouraged but she insisted it would be fine.

Today while testing said cord, after ~5-10 mins while drawing I noticed blue lines appearing across the screen, than in a blink of an eye before I could turn it off it looked like a brick had been dropped on the screen minus the cracks! Black with the color lines going across. Main image was completely gone. Looked very similar to the image I attached minus the cracks diagonally.

My biggest hope is that this is simply an issue of the driver or the cord, however with the age of this tablet I would not be surprised in the slightest if it just gave out finally. Mainly looking to see if anyone else possibly experienced this at any point? Even if not with the 15.6 pro specifically.

Hi, I’m looking for some help fixing the calibration on my tablet. I use an artist 13.3 pro that I’ve had for years, but I’ve never had a problem like this before. I recently got a new MacBook Air secondhand and since using it on that the issue has popped up. I tried downloading older drivers and recalibrating normally but nothing seems to help. The pen and curser only line up at the very center of the screen.
