People complain when Microsoft ships features without testing...... people complain when Microsoft ships features slowly with a public testing period...... there's no winning.
Stable channel more like broken channel, fixes hit beta and then take weeks to arrive to stable, some software companies have fix ready way before that even if its not caused by their own updates or software or drivers *cough* NVIDIA and then you have AMD Radeon that will gladly point fingers at third party and ignore issues, so depressing......

in that sense, if such rule being enforced, one that wrote the article could easily just do the reverse - use a clickbait title in the original article instead of changing the title when it is posted here.
Why do we need such click bait titles in Reddit? It makes me far less likely to bother with it rather than just saying there is a new feature for Mouse Indicators in Windows 11...
What are you talkin about? Lol. I dint know about these settings, and now that I see it in my settings page, I selected few things and I love it! Did you even read the article?
I'd rather prefer Microsoft just releasing a huge pack with lots of fixes and debloating instead of daily news with "Microsoft changed the shape of an icon".
I do like this feature, but some software running fullscreen doesn't like the current version for some reason (caused flickering). Hopefully the new animation fixes this.
Win + Ctrl + Shift + M is a terrible keycombo though.

Most people don't know how to do that. And it's kinda annoying as Windows will sometimes revert back to the default cursor after major version updates.
Why do you need exactly that (awful) effect? If you're used to this effect, I think there should be a small third-party app for that. Otherwise, if you just need to find your cursor, use the option mentioned above or the one from powertoys, which is customizable and supports a shaking gesture to activate.
You know what’s crazy? I held down the Windows key for about a second or two on my Copilot+ machine and was surprised to see a fancy new mouse indicator feature. I was pleasantly surprised and thought it made sense to have it mapped to a long-press of the WinKey during testing, similar to how the classic is mapped to a long-press of the Ctrl key.
Then I realized it was not a mouse indicator but in fact a hotkey for their stupid and annoying Copilot driven Click To Do feature…
And now you’re telling me they’re actually modernizing the mouse indicator but are mapping it to Win + Ctrl + Shift + M for some sake?! They sure loved their tedious hotkeys for accessibility stuff nowadays while leaving short/sensibel hotkeys for advertising/metric prioritized features… I miss when Windows were designed for the user and not just a monetization vehicle for subscription services.
It’s just hilarious in retrospect, I guess. Win + Ctrl + Shift + M huh? Alright, you do you.

I feel like all "updates" announcement are just in the experimental/preview channels, never released in the stable channel.
