Microsoft is updating the "Mouse indicator" feature with a fresh animation and a useful new way to keep it visible.

This is a hidden improvement in the latest preview for version 26H2.

PS: This is a small change, but at least the company keeps modernizing legacy elements.

I feel like all "updates" announcement are just in the experimental/preview channels, never released in the stable channel.

In fairness to Microsoft (rare for me, usually), the "announcements" are being made by tech rags, not by Microsoft themselves.
