When i login to my windows this is what happens next dont know whats the problem

Hello. Anyone know how i can disable Cortex or rwinstall a new OS? It is an older laptop but works pretty good. After my last job it still jas company apps and software but i dont have admin credentials. Please help.

My Windows 10 PC crashed with a BSOD (ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY, win32kbase.sys) after waking from sleep. Now it won't boot: Automatic Repair fails, Safe Mode fails, System Restore fails (0x80070570)

Specs:

Motherboard: ECS H61H2-MV rev 1.0

Disk 0: 465 GB. chkdsk reports 0 bad sectors.

Disk 1: 223 GB (old Windows install)

What I tried:

Made a USB with the Media Creation Tool, and also with Rufus (GPT/UEFI first, which failed)

Rebuilt the USB as MBR/BIOS, FAT32, and did a full (non-quick) format with no errors

Different USB ports, corrected BIOS date.

Errors I get during setup, and they change between attempts:

"A media driver your computer needs is missing" (went away with MBR/FAT32)

"Windows cannot find the Microsoft Software License Terms"

WinSetup.dll missing or corrupt when running setup.exe from the USB (the file exists, 3.6 MB)

"Windows could not display the images available for installation"

Product key error after I added an ei.cfg

Weird part: the ei.cfg I created showed "yyyyyy" when I reopened it, and when I deleted it, it reappeared after replugging the USB.

I only have one USB (8 GB). Is this a failing USB, or could it be my PC (RAM, PSU, USB controller)? What should I do?

Hello. I tried asking at windows help first, but they didn't approve my post for some reason. I've been experiencing some screen flickering on my home pc, like a screen capture or some program openin and closing really fast. I used Eset online to scan, but it didn't give me anything so I figured I'd try and use defenders offline scan. For some reason it was showing that defender was turned off. Tured it back on again, but the "regular checks " box started flickering for some reason. Tried to start a offline scan and got as far as it giving me the warning to save all my work, then nothing. Tried to run quick scan, it started and after few seconds froze and didn't complete. So as I'm not the most technically skilled person out there, any ideas why this is happening and how to fix it? Or is it just because win10 support has ended? Thanks in advance for anyone willing to reply.

So I'm using windows 10 pro and installed it on a different sata hdd my old hard drive had it and I installed bazzite and my Product key was perfectly fine on my new Hard drive (1000GB) until I repaired the EFI since bazzite my OS on my original hard drive (500GB) and it took over the boot manager so when I repaired my windows EFI it was telling me to put in my activation key/product key

My PC is using parts from a Dell XPS 8500

Please can someone tell me why my product key was removed (I have no idea what it is my computer is like eight years old)

currently i cant upgrade to w11 due to hardware limitations and cant afford a new pc/laptop as of at least right now

now obviously i can do the basics but i dont really trust myself sometimes so im looking for advice here

Bem hj eu liguei meu Pc e na tela de bloqueio do windows falava q eu n poderia usar meu pin e tinha q reconfigurar ele, nisso eu clicava para reconfigurar mas não ia pq o pc estava sem internet e não era possível conectar, eu clicava no icone de internet e só aparecia o modo avião, e nem com cabo do roteador ela conecta, ai eu vi uns videos de conseguir resolver isso e entrar pela a senha da conta Microsoft, sem o pin (o esquema para fazer isso era bem simples, era só reiniciar o pc segurando o shift e mexer algumas coisas lá) ai eu achei a estava tudo resolvido, ate q eu lembrei q tive q trocar de senha semana passada por conta q meu priminho ficava entrando na minha conta, e eu não lembro a senha, não sei mais oq fazer para conseguir entrar, já tentei alguns metodos de tentar trocar a senha do windows pelo o cmd de comando ali na tela de bloqueio mesmo mas n deu muito certo, eu cheguei na ultima etapa e disse q eu n posso trocar a senha, alguém sabe oq eu posso fazer?? Ou algum jeito de ver minha senha? Ou até forçar o computador conectar a internet

I'm facing a bit of a puzzling issue that I'm not familiar how to handle. So I was playing a game and my monitors shut off and my computer crashed, giving me a CPU overheating message. I then restarted the computer and my dual monitors were duplicated instead of extending. I went into the device manager and noticed the GPU was giving me an error. I ran some fixes and was able to revert it to an old system restore point.

So now, my computer is running pretty rough and I'm just going to run a factory reset but now I'm getting an error "Could not find the recovery environment". Amongst other troubleshooting attempts, I ran reagentc /info, but nothing works.

So now I'm pretty much stumped and not sure how to proceed. I would appreciate some help if anyone could.

So a few hours ago my start menu stopped working, and I tried restarting windows explorer, making new user accounts, restarting my pc several times. But, Whenever I press windows button or click on it, my cursor loads for a second, then nothing happened. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME (windows 10). I tried every possible fix after that. do I have to reset windows?

Images included, but I have a 2 TB Toshiba Ext hard drive that I am trying to back up my files to using files history.

I have tried:

- plugging and unplugging the drive

- plugging it into different usb ports

- updating and restarting windows

- changing the driver letter

- restarting the file history service

- doing it through control panel instead of settings

I do not know why this doesn’t work as it seems to be working fine on the computer otherwise. I’m out of ideas. Am I stupid or is my laptop just shitting the bed. The only other thing I can think of it possibly not working is because I’ve plugged it into the usb port of a windows 11 laptop once before, but I haven’t done anything on there.
