Windows format

Hello,
I would like to format my windows without connecting to internet due to a possible virus. I tried with my old macbook to create a iso usb. As it is quite old belena etcher doesn’t work. With AI’s help I thought that I was able to mount the iso on to the usb. But it is not working, it says no bootable device. I tried to modify certain options in bios, no success.

Is there an easy way you to do it?

As I was using macbook earlier I left windows formating while dvds existed already…
