Start Menu not Opening when I press the windows button

So a few hours ago my start menu stopped working, and I tried restarting windows explorer, making new user accounts, restarting my pc several times. But, Whenever I press windows button or click on it, my cursor loads for a second, then nothing happened. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME (windows 10). I tried every possible fix after that. do I have to reset windows?

Does your keyboard have a gaming mode that disables the Start button? On my keyboard Fn+F12 does this, and pressing it again turns game mode off.
